Yall leaving negative comments need to get a life there is literally a tacobell 3 miles from here. If you don’t like it go elsewhere. Yall just live to complain about everything. Remember this TACOBELL not a 5 star restaurant. 🥰

I just went tonight July 15/2025 at about 1045 P.M., It was super fast. Whoever was working at the drive-through was super kind and overall just had a very positive energy. I see that there aren’t a lot of good reviews, but genuinely I think it depends on which staff you get, and I hope that those who know they do a good job know that customers value them. I used to Work food service, so I know how hard it is, but being a customer and receiving pleasant treatment makes a huge difference, and I hope that everyone in that store has a great night

It's sad when Taco Bell has gone below expectations. But, this location continues to dive below the lowest expectations. Terrible food and service. Drive somewhere else! You'll be happy to avoid this place!

Service was bad, was late, around 1:30 am, put an order in online, and spent 20 minutes waiting in line for food. Wasn't but 4 cars in front of me. They were just going soooo slow when it came to taking orders one car at a time, then having people pull around front to wait for food. Then, when talking to the guy at the window, he was super short and rude.

On top of that, the order was wrong! It's probably the worst experience i have ever had at a Taco Bell.

Ever since they closed the del taco near by, this has been my go to for cheap Mexican fast food, and tbh, it's really bad. They have generally gotten my orders right and the food quality had been good, but the service here has been really bad. The employees here are mostly teenagers who don't treat you with respect. They'll laugh at you if you don't understand their broken English, so its best to order online or at their kiosk. If you do need to interact with them inside, they actively ignore you. If try to get their attention you'll almost have to yell at them. If you have a closer taco bell to your house I'd recommend going there rather than delaing with immature teenagers.

All the soft tacos were soggy like, to the point they were dripping with grease. I had unwrap them and did them all on napkins to get the grease off the outside of them. There were only two people working and they were really nice. I think they were just trying to keep up.

Won't even help you their employees are the most irresponsible I've ever seen hahaa its embarrassing tbh they got a pretty easy job no heavy business at this location so idk how they cant do their job right 😅 😂 its crazy.

So I been here a couple times thinking of giving this place another chance, yet every single time something new and bad happens with the late night crew. First of all, the orders are wrong or made wrong, my "beefy" 5 layer burrito didnt have any beef in it, then as you roll into the drive thru windows, they are super dirty and they draw obscenities in the dirtiness of the windows, pigs showing their behind to the customers, the lobby windows are the same story, they use it as their whiteboard to draw many things in the dirtiness. Taco bell general manager please do something! The manager in turn at night doesnt know anything when we ask about something, check the cameras and you will see, I had to come to the window and honk because they are always sitting in the COUNTER where people get their food, always on their phone and always doing nothing, the windows are nasty and need cleaning desperatly, please do something about it seriously.

Messing my order up EVERY👏🏻SINGLE👏🏻TIME👏🏻. You forget items and ingredients. I don’t know why I give you severely incompetent people any more chances. For petes sake, just do the literal bare minimum, even that seems to be asking too much.

First of all, all of the people complaining about how this location never gets the order right, why keep coming back?? You couldn’t pay me to keep returning to a place that messes my food up and stresses me out constantly, especially not for years like some people claim, and all for some overpriced, knock off Mexican food that tastes like it’s made of rubber? LOL! And the people writing reviews complain online as a hobby! Almost every customer that has written a bad review has 20+ reviews written, and with their attitude, I can only imagine are negative, this place has so many more good experiences than bad, but of course the only ones that take the time out of their day to write about it online are the negative ones who have nothing better to do than to take their emotions out on people just trying to make a living. Don’t like how employees work? Snag an application and do better! Then you’ll realize that the snotty customers were the problem all along, not the employees that bust their @ss every day! Employees deserve basic human decency too, which I can say with 100% certainty that everyone writing these reviews, lacks entirely. But as I said before, don’t like the service? Don’t come back! 100x healthier mentally and physically to make your own healthy food instead of coming to a grease factory that stresses you out ;)

They gave me the wrong order and I had to go back to get the right order and they were so mean that Spanish lady was so rude, she messed up! Nasty workers I didn’t get an apology or anything.
