They often don't give enough hot sauces and order accuracy needs some work.
This is the slowest Taco Bell in the history of time. The staff is fine to talk to when they finally acknowledge your existence. Took well over 20 minutes to get my mobile app order that I placed before I left. Terribly slow makes it not even worth going.

This location is always on point! The ladies working the drive through rarely miss a beat, the food is always tasty and well assembled. If you want Taco Bell, This is the perfect Taco Bell!

Save your time don’t go to this toco bell they always mess up and the staff is rude. Got home and everything in my 8$ toco was on the bottom of the bag not the first time having a bad experience here! Get your shit together!

The food sucks here we always go to the Prairie center one so much better the staff is very rude doesn’t care about how to make the food or if the food goes out right I’m not sure who talked to on the phone but very rude and I’ve talked to her before too !! Her attitude and the way she talks needs to be taken care of and obviously we’re not the first one or two star this needs to be taken care of over the bad service here !!!!

I stood by the counter for over 14 minutes after my mobile order was supposed to be ready. FOURTEEN. And in that time, not a single employee even acknowledged my existence. In that time, a woman came in, placed a kiosk order, received it, and left all while I’m standing around completely ignored. My order for “Stefan” was finally announced. My name is Stephen. Absolutely nonexistent customer service. At least say hello?
P.S. All the ice in my drink was melted and the employees use the parking by the front door. Surprise.

Went through the drive through and ordered two combos. We were given our drinks and promptly. We then sat and waited for 10 minutes with no communication from the staff. During our wait we saw several of the employees one their cell phones, playing around, and one girl who stared at her reflection in the window to fix her hair.

I can’t speak to the atmosphere, but the service is just okay at best. I found a hair in my food, and when I opened my taco or chalupa, there was barely any meat inside—yet it cost nearly $8. I called in to let them know, and they said they would refund or remake the order, which I appreciate. However, this isn’t the first time something like this has happened, and it’s becoming far too frequent to ignore. No meat but tiny bits on each side no meat in middle. Not good

Why cant the staff speak english? I cant even order my food. Officially contacting corporate, this is really pathetic. Get this site in check manager.....
We have been to this location several times with mixed results, but unfortunately this most recent experience will cause me to no longer go there. In top of the food being wrong, I gave the cashier $40 in cash and asked the remaining balance to be put on my card. There seemed to be a little confusion on how to run that transaction but they never said anything further to me, just handed me the food and my card back. When checking my bank balance the next day, it turns out they charged my card for the entire amount and just kept the cash too!
