So I been here a couple times thinking of giving this place another chance, yet every single time something new and bad happens with the late night crew. First of all, the orders are wrong or made wrong, my "beefy" 5 layer burrito didnt have any beef in it, then as you roll into the drive thru windows, they are super dirty and they draw obscenities in the dirtiness of the windows, pigs showing their behind to the customers, the lobby windows are the same story, they use it as their whiteboard to draw many things in the dirtiness. Taco bell general manager please do something! The manager in turn at night doesnt know anything when we ask about something, check the cameras and you will see, I had to come to the window and honk because they are always sitting in the COUNTER where people get their food, always on their phone and always doing nothing, the windows are nasty and need cleaning desperatly, please do something about it seriously.

First of all, all of the people complaining about how this location never gets the order right, why keep coming back?? You couldnāt pay me to keep returning to a place that messes my food up and stresses me out constantly, especially not for years like some people claim, and all for some overpriced, knock off Mexican food that tastes like itās made of rubber? LOL! And the people writing reviews complain online as a hobby! Almost every customer that has written a bad review has 20+ reviews written, and with their attitude, I can only imagine are negative, this place has so many more good experiences than bad, but of course the only ones that take the time out of their day to write about it online are the negative ones who have nothing better to do than to take their emotions out on people just trying to make a living. Donāt like how employees work? Snag an application and do better! Then youāll realize that the snotty customers were the problem all along, not the employees that bust their @ss every day! Employees deserve basic human decency too, which I can say with 100% certainty that everyone writing these reviews, lacks entirely. But as I said before, donāt like the service? Donāt come back! 100x healthier mentally and physically to make your own healthy food instead of coming to a grease factory that stresses you out ;)

Ya know, everyone gives this location a bad rap. So I wanted to see for myself. I went in to place my order, rather large, and it was completed rather quickly!! Most of all it was correct! The staff was working hard to do what they can and I appreciate that! Thank you for the hard work, Iāll be back for sure!!

Literally the worst Taco Bell location in the area. for the last 7 plus years this location has not once gotten my order correct. Food is always sloppyā¦ missing ingredients. Slow and poor service. Sitting at the drive through for ten minutes just to have my order taken, then itās wrong after repeating it multiple timesā¦ just avoid this location at all costs. Unless you have no other Taco Bell optionā¦ WORST TACO BELL in the Denver metro area. Employees literally have their friends and family hanging out all day in the parking lot bringing them free foodā¦ this location is a total joke.
$40.00 wasted they messed up everything in my order!!!!!

Holy macaroni ..... Poor service, poor food quality. Then when you ask politely for them to correct the order they give you attitude. Seriously? Ordered chicken quesadilla, received cheese quesadilla. When they remade it, I received chicken quesadilla without the sauce. Returned to ask for the sauce, they asked me to pay. Opened the dang quesadilla to show them there's virtually nothing in it, the girl said there is. There's barely any color. Lol What a humongous joke. Go somewhere else.
