Be careful getting food from here as the chicken is under cook. Then they take medical and take over 3 weeks to give you a refund but choose what they want you to have. So unprofessional worst Wingstop ever!!! Then they forget half your order and blame us but shouldn't you be doing your job not us!!!! And the manager is hella rude she hung up on me they all need More training more everything. Not treat customer rude like this. Especially if y'all mistakes

wingstop cooperate charges a ton and you’re eating basically what taste like cardboard. no seasoning what so ever on wings flavor or fries

I went to wing stop around 9pm me and my family order what we get then we sat down at a table when we sat down 2 people entered the store order and sat down 10 minutes later they get there food and we still haven’t gotten our food 10 minutes later i stand up go to the counter a lady comes to us and says if we need anything I ask where is the order in our name I hear a girl in the back say the order didnt pop up on the screen so I sit back down 5 minutes later I get up and ask for a refund the girl that came up to ask if we need anything said ok but in a rude way then another lady comes up and says we will get our money back in 1-3 days “overall don’t recommend coming” and I will not be returning

To begin the smell as you walk in smells like sewer, there was 6 employees standing around doing nothing talking with each other. Another one scratching his head while handling food. Waited 40 mins for my order if i can give them no stars i would give it to them. Would definitely never come back to this terrible, horrible smelling wingstop. Eddie got my order wrong and when they ask if everything was there he was ignoring me Not even buying at this place

Very unprofessional and waited 25 minutes to get my food. They weren't busy at all, very talkative to other employees and taking there sweet time.
The wings were cold and took forever to get food, everything was spicy like they mixed in the seasoning in the same bowl

Definitely wish I could get a refund buddy. We ordered 20 and got like 7 decent size boneless wings and the rest stupid small. It wasn’t up to my liking with the sauce, I know inflammation is crazy right now but they could’ve put more effort. And they didn’t give us our big tub a ranch though we paid extra for. We had to use our own ranch. 0/10 would recommend :/ OH AND they got our DR. Pepper wrong they gave us coke…
