No seasoning we got Cajun wings and Louisiana very bland worst wing stop I've ever had we got barely and drums we should have went to the one downtown ugh what a waste of 70 bucks. We drove all the way home it's snowing they want you to drive all the way back I'm reporting to everyone plus one of your guys dropped a wing it kept getting kicked around. I witnessed them not washing the bowls between each use they just sit there all day without being washed. The guy who answered the phone today was rude. Don't go home on pick up order without checking your food. They don't care that they messed up our order plus I asked for my food to be extra cooked they weren't. Report them to corporate and consumer report.

I put in a group pack order the day before to pick up at 11:30am. I waited 40 minutes at the restaurant and did not get my order until 12:10pm. I was expected to carry it out all myself, and they didn't provide a box until I asked for one.

Came in ordered our food couldn’t get a Receipt because the machine was broken and then, there was legit no one else in the building no online orders and it still took 40 mins to get the food. The two workers were just on their phones in the kitchen.

Even late night right before close these guys keep the food amazing and always hot when I pick it up. Wouldn't wanna get my wings anywhere else. Top notch customer service and I come back every week 2 or 3 times.

Poor experience here. I ordered 8 wingsLouisiana rub and lemon pepper, received my order and it was cajun. All dry rubsI asked the server is Louisiana now wet, his reply was yes.. which i know is incorrect as I always order wingstopServer was confrontational when I asked him to replace, eventually he got the cook to redo them. They were redone, but in the same packaging with cajun seasoning on it (why wasn't this replaced?)After which he asked me “bro do you still want these?” I declined, as I am allergic to wet cajun

basically good food but . always gotta wait an extra 10-20 minutes after they say your food is ready before your food is *actually* ready. waited for 35 mins for my order, just to arrive and have it only *now* be started. probably an understaff issue but still kinda insane.

It's sad when you have the best food around but the worst people no joke honestly I just love wings but truly the people who are giving it 1 star are not wrong I've been living across the street for 31 years and no one recognizes me and treats me bad even though I live alone and was willing to give the first person who's friendly a huge 200$ tip I only have a YouTube channel but that would never happen there I have dogs,cats, anime and videos games but no friends so I say "good morning how is your day" and all I ever hear is what you want? In the rudest way go to buffalo wild wings I'm ugly but the prettiest girl ever was so cute and nice to me Nash Reynolds the ugliest dude ever search me on YouTube if you don't believe me she deserved more money lol I wish I could afford to go back there f Wingstop lol
