i ordered delivery through the app and it was over $60. It doesn’t give you the option to add a side of parmesan cheese. I called to see if i can add it to my order they said no and since it was delivery i couldn’t pay for the side of cheese over the phone ??they also don’t take orders over the phone so i’d have to walk in for a cup of cheese is crazy ??

What’s the point of ordering online for a future order if you won’t get the future order for another hour after it was supposed to be ready? I placed my order to be ready at 420 but they didn’t start my order till 5. I finally received it at 530.Horrible customer service. The lady working the front couldn’t even figure out how to find my order. This place was so disorganized and chaotic. The fries were cold when we finally received. They got my wings wrong. This place needs new employees and management

I was refused service by the man in the picture. Because I have a certified service dog. As you can see he was on the phone, and he just said no animals aloud. My dog was wearing his service collar. He would not budge, and ignored me - so I left!So expect rude service if this gentleman puts down the phone for a minute

I placed an order at 7:08 it said the most it should take is about 30 min I show up at 7:45 and my order is just getting made and hetold me to wait 10 min. Like I understand it takes time to prepare and there is more orders ahead of me but that is absured that it takes that long and when I came back in to pick it up at 8 the guy had just taken the order of someone ahead of me but then when they were done he just acted like I wasn't there and walked away and talked to his coworker. And they didn't even apologize for the wait just horrible service.
