Love this location! The coffee and food are great (much better than Starbucks) and the girls always make my day! They are caring and really brighten up your morning. My daughter is also celiac and they never hesitate to make sure everything she gets is safe.

There is one male that works at the E 103rd location and he has finally ruined Ziggis for me.. His attitude is awful and he ruins my drinks every time. I finally took pictures of the last 2 drinks made by him and will post if allowed. One of my drinks, an Italian soda was missing the half and half I requested, I complained nicely and he remade it, it was still wrong, missing the half and half. The other one had about half cold foam instead of the actual drink. There are a multitude of coffee places within 1/2 a mile of this Ziggis so management should definitely be thinking about crappy customer service if they want to stay open. On a positive note, all of the other employees seem to make my drinks just fine, they are always kind, happy and welcoming so thank you for that. Peace out Ziggis!

I order a non fat peanut butter mocha blender and got a milk shake! Taste nothing like it and the employee insisted it was the correct order. I always come to this location and order the same drink plus more drinks for the family spending $25 or more. Sad when the employee doesn’t take time to listen to the customer and get the order correct. Especially when we pay for it and it’s what we want!
