Service was average and the atmosphere was ok. The food left a lot to be desired. We both ordered breakfast items what came drenched in cold green chili sauce which made the rest of the meal cold and soupy.

Great little restaurant, and great service. I make it a point to stop here any time I'm near the area

Bartender/ waitress was nice. The place was busy but super slow to get food. My drink sat empty for quite sometime without being asked for a refill. The breakfast burrito was so so at best.

Have came several times and did not like it, today food was excellent, will be back thanks for changing it up ..

Major disappointment. Waited forever for pancakes with raw batter still inside. Server walked away, as, turned his back on us and walked away when we complained. Avoid.

I have been coming to Aspen Perk for a couple of years. This morning's brunch was so good, I just had to let you know you know that whatever you are doing, please keep doing it. The over-easy eggs were perfect and everything else was delicious.

Gab was great. We were in a rush and he really helped us out. We will be back.

They never let me down here. I come from cities away for this food and service alone. I get something new everytime and it is awesome. Their tater tots are crisp to perfection. Their waiting staff is so kind. And their owner is awesome. Their chai latte is the best I'e ever tasted. Best restraunt in Colorado for me. I love them <3

What a bad meal. And I got to pay $100 for it. Fancy place prices in a diner atmosphere? Food was not good; not sure they cook anything, seemed like it was just frozen stuff from Cisco tossed in a microwave and sold for $25 a plate. Brussel Sprouts undercooked and hard. Chicken Parm over cooked, sauce out of a jar and garlic bread that was cheap Texas toast with no garlic on it. A salad with inedible chicken on it. A burger that was worse than Sonic's and sweet potato fries that someone forgot to put in the fryer (they were ice cold). The service was good, the food was terrible.

First, I wish to say our server was THE BEST! Kind, courteous, helpful. & understanding.

Second, you need a cook who knows what over easy is and actually cares about preparing food.

Third, you need to figure out how to serve fresh poached eggs vs. letting them sit in an “egg bath” all day so they can get hard, rubbery, and bouncy!

Fourth, a serving of toast is 4 pieces not 2!

Was a regular every weekend (almost) and although I did not care for the old owner, the food was consistent and always good. Especially the eggs Benedict.

First time in today since the new owner(s) took over. Absolutely disappointed. Except for our waitress.

Both my daughter and I ordered the California Benedict. Poached eggs came out like rubber super balls. Our wonderful waitress explained to us about the poached eggs and said the remaining poached eggs in the “egg bath” were all hard and bouncy. Could we please order something else.

I ordered 2 eggs over easy, bacon, and sourdough toast. I was served the worst “over easy” eggs I have ever seen and one slice (2 pieces) of toast. The whites were super hard and crusty.

What a disappointment. You expect people to eat whatever slop is made and just deal with it. I’m sorry, but I refuse to pay for anything I wouldn’t feel right about serving to a guest. It’s a luxury for most people to eat out now. If I am going to spend my hard earned money, the food better be good.

We tipped our waitress very nicely and walked out. Enough said.

Went here on Sunday for a late lunch. Fantastic food (breakfast offered until 2pm), great service, and great aspens painted on the walls.

We had to wait a while after we ordered for our food, but it was well worth it.The food was really delicious. I tried a bacon lettuce avocado tomato sandwich because I like to try new things. It was so simple, but it was delicious. Their tater tots were perfect cooked with a little salt and pepper. My son said his meal was amazing as well.
