We ordered 3 pizzas and 2 were wrong. We ordered a cheese, a veggie and a pepperoni. We received 3 very meaty pizzas. I called to see if they would correct and the manager that could supposedly help me was supposed to be there but hadn't showed. Double check your carry out orders and don't expect anything to happen if they get it wrong.

I order domino somewhat often and don't live more than 5 minutes from the store and recently Everytime I've needed a delivery order, sometimes you just get to busy to go pick it up, it's taken almost 2 hours to deliver it. I'm not counting the cooking time because the app tells you when your driver leaves the store to deliver. I don't know if it's their gps systems or incompetent drivers but its ridiculous

My order was missing the sauces and was a thin crust when we ordered hand tossed. The guy told me he hadn’t made any thin crust that day. Sir, with all due respect, I beg your finest pardon? 😆

Walked in and was finally greeted by a girl who seemed brand new, Phones ringing off the hook. What looked to be a manager, came in handing checks out to workers who were making food all while eating pizza walking around the store infront of all the customers waiting to even be greeted yet. Food was terrible and I spent way too much for this bad of food. I won’t be back.

When you walk in and not a single person welcomes you and stares at you standing at the counter for 5+ minutes before asking you if they can helo you and nobody else in the lobby but me. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO TO THIS STORE!
Maybe next time you guys deliver maybe cut the pizza , it’s not hard.

If I could give him less I would, on several occasions they have given me my order wrong but this time it was too much, I ordered pizzas and wings in buffalo sauce and some parm bites but the wings were a disaster they never put paper between the wings and the cardboard and they only brought a few drops of sauce.

Just moved to the neighborhood and had a horrible experience. The food took 3 times longer than it said and the pizzas were a mess with barely any cheese. Service seemed not to care at all.

We order pizza from here once a week on average, we have never had any issues with mistakes on the order or any customer service problems. The pizza is always hot and good, This is by far the most consistent DP we do business with, always what we expect and with coupons, ALWAYS INEXPENSIVE!!
