Speaking as an unabashed food snob, these guys KNOW Texas BBQ. I get ribs and brisket almost every week. They have THE BEST BBQ beans I've ever had. Who knew the best TX BBQ would be in CO?!

Delicious on all accounts and I’ve tried them all!!! (brisket, ribs, smoked wings, chili, pulled pork, chicken, sausage, potato salad, baked beans, and probably more). I’ve tracked them down for multiple weeks/months in a row, much to my amazement.

Hands down THE BEST BBQ I've had in Colorado and it's not even close. As a Kansas City native (bbq capital of the world imo 😉) and pit master myself, I feel that I'm somewhat of an authority on the matter, and this Texas style is easily the best in town (would only be better if it was KC style lol). Every other 'great bbq' place I've tried is cafeteria grade hot garbage. If you want authentic bbq, this is the ONLY place in town I'd recommend, except my own back yard. I will be following that food truck any chance I get. Perfection!
