Meeting spot for a couple of fishermen turned out to be pretty dang awesome. I always judge a Mexican restaurant by how they treat a quesadilla. Theirs was not the very best, but it was a top 3 out of dozens.
Los 3 Garcia is our favorite place to have a meal and relax in the Conifer / Aspen Park community. The wait staff, the selection and quality of food & drinks are all absolutely fabulous. There is never waiting to be seated. Often it is astounding how quickly we are served. Parking is plentiful with easy access on and off of US285. Also a great view while having a sip and chips. We highly recommend Los 3 Garcias.
We have been here several times and it is consistently good food. It is not as flavorful as some Mexican places we’ve been to but overall pretty decent. The restaurant itself has a typical (nice) atmosphere of most Mexican restaurants, they have lots of fountains as decorations.
