I swear every time I'm suckered into going there, the food and the service is worse than the previous time

Nearly two hours before closing time and they’re out of half the proteins, rice, beans, part of the sodas. Just close if you can’t provide good service.

My sister and I are from out of town and we ordered takeout from here. The wait was a little bit long, but to compensate for that, one of the employees gave us a free brownie and cookie and a Coca-Cola. They were very generous in compensating us for the wait time. We were so grateful for the service they did!

Food was good, service? Well, disorganized but that happens from time to time. The dining area was dirty. Food on Tlthe floor. Had to wipe down our own table because it was sticky.

They ran out of the essential ingredients like rice, beans, pico, guac at 7:00pm (10pm closing time)and would not make more. Lame

Went in for lunch, and was greeted by a sweet lady named Abbey. Very knowledgeable and extremely personable!!! Love the food and service here.

When Gunnar is the one filling bowls and wrapping burritos I know it’s going to be on point. The skinny chick who always wears black is solid too. When anyone else does, its totally questionable. Big ups to Gunnar and skinny chick 🙌🤝

Edit: whenever anyone over the age of 40 makes a bowl here it’s absolute garbage. Unfortunately I’m removing my positive review because only 2 of your employees actually know how to make a meal. When we order double meat and there’s barely enough to cover the center of the bowl there’s a huge problem. Get your act together and make sure these old ladies tighten up. Insane. We usually eat here twice a week out of convenience but we are officially done.

Horrible food poisoning 5/16/25. Ordered online and picked up. It was the only thing I ate that was different from my family. Had to go to urgent care ER at three in the morning because I was so violently ill. Needed a lot of meds and care. (The food just sits out and they were not busy.)

I order one pork carnitas burrito bowl, was charged $25.00. Did I pay for someone elses order too? And bowl wasn't even completely full

I can say , One of the most dirtiest and poorest quality of food serving QDOBA. Everywhere was big mess and food was not even edible. ( can be seen from pics)

The food was old, the establishment was disgusting with dirty tables and trash on the floor, there was A HAIR in my food, and the staff is unmotivated and rude

I love this place the food is very good and you can customize your food so almost anyone would like it. would recommend
