It took 31 minutes to get our on line order tonight. We waited in a parking stall and asked twice for our order. The second time we asked the man on the speaker kept saying "window" over and over. We finally got in the,drive thru to get to the window. 7th in line. When we got to the window we finally got our order and we drive back to a stall to eat. Our fries were barely warm. We had ordered our meal pick up at 5:20 pm and didn't get it till 5:51 pm. Our cheeseburgers had no lettuce or tomato. We ate them anyway. Just not a good experience tonight.

It seems like ordering thru the app gets second fiddle to the cars going thru the drive thru. The last two times I've ordered thru the app.ive had to wait 30 minutes and 15 minutes respectively BEYOND the time that was set for pickup with very few cars if any even going thru the drive thru

Not sure what I expected but the guy taking my order couldn’t understand english very well and my burger came out looking rubbery and unappetizing and tasted exactly how it looked. I took one bite and had to call it quits.

I ordered Popcorn Chicken while driving thru. Once back in the road started my meal and the popcorn chicken was more so just the bottom of the bag with breading buts rather then any chicken.
I was so embarrassed because I forgot my wallet and am so used to everyone having Apple Pay and they paid for me. It was very nice gesture and I appreciate their kindness. Kendra was so sweet when I was ordering as well!
Also, the view is so beautiful :)
