We stopped in for grande soy lattes in our own mugs. Delicious, and the drinks stayed warm in our mugs!!Service here was very friendly and informative. Worth stopping by.

Service is bad. I bought and ordered a grill cheese sandwich and they couldn't even make that right. The cold sandwich was put into some type of heater and popped out on the other end. It was cold in the middle and the employee who popped it into the oven was the cash register person. Same hands touching the register are touching the sandwich. Sick and disgusting !

Never have mobile orders ready. Staff is nice, but they are always somewhere else. They don't like the mobile system.

The service is super slow and they weren't busy either. There was a lady in front of us who had some sort of convoluted issue that resulted in her buying 1 drink and then telling the cashier to help us so that she could come back and do more ordering.I ordered the caramel brulee latte and the cashier asked me twice what I was ordering even though she rang it up and I'm staring at the screen. I also needed to tell her I wanted oatmilk instead of regular dairy again. The one barista who was making drinks was just super slow, but it wasn't like she was working on multiple drinks, just mine. There was another employee but he looked like a deer in headlights and didn't help at all either on the register or making drinks.They're nice and my drink was made perfectly, but they were just slow. I also can't blame them too much because the customers after us had very intricate orders that seemed ridiculous and over the top.

There is a reason this Starbucks has 1.5 stars. As I type this I have been standing in line for 30 minutes waiting for my coffee. Not because there's a long line... But because all of the employees stand around and talk to each other instead of actually making the food/coffee that people paid and are standing there waiting for. It happens every time and it's ridiculous. Even management is a part of this, pull it together.

My daughter and I needed a pick me up on our drive to Salida so we stopped here. After picking up a couple donuts in King Soopers, we went to this Starbucks. This place was just okay. The older woman that rang us up looked like she didn't want to be there but she wasn't really rude. And both employees were really slow. It took us a while to get our order. Our experience was okay. I don't think the above would detour me from going back in the future.

This rude old woman was taking my order and gave me horrible attitude because I was ordering multiple things for my family and it was terrible service. She was horrible towards me and I could not understand what she was saying and she yelled at me to hold on. It was very disrespectful and I do not recommend it.

We visit our local Conifer town center Starbucks multiple times a week. The consistency of the drinks does not meet the Starbucks standards. My Almondfoam cold brew always has varying degrees of almondfoam. Today's drink looking like 50/50. We also ordered a non warmed chocolate croissant that was warmed. These are small things, but they do not match the high standards for predictability we have come to know at other locations.
