Closing early asf me want samwhich why y'all gotta move the menu in front the store it's inconvenient asf

Today i went in and ordered a simple Grande iced Toasted White Chocolate Mocha and a Bacon & Egg Gouda sandwich. the guy taking my order looked behind him at the menu for 5 seconds and turned around and said okay and rung me up. he returned to me and gave me a tall drink that was simply just espresso, ice, and some sort of cream/milk. definitely didn’t look nor taste like what i ordered and it looked and tasted like plain strong coffee. he also put a dome lid on it even though there was no whip cream. didn’t give me a straw either and as i asked for one, he walked away. i checked my sandwhich and saw it was also not a bacon, egg, and gouda sandwhich, it was egg white, ham, and bread. and it was all fallen a part. i stood there for an extra few minutes waiting to explain he messed the whole order up, but he continued to pass by me and ignore me. ended up throwing out the drink and gave the sandwhich to someone else and took myself to the actual starbucks by safeway where i ended up getting the correct thing i ordered.

Watched the employee folding towels for a few minutes, and then 5 minutes before 6PM I was told, oh, we are closed.

( ALEX NELSON )is the rudest and laziest employee.....Alex Nelson is a terribly rude employee a couple of times that I have went to this location..I Always get An Iced Chai latte with 3-4 pumps of Raspberry....great food and drinks....BUT ...(MANAGEMENT SUCKS)This rude lady was on her phone playing games and scoffed when I was trying to place my order....like she was bothered that i was trying to get service????She seems to be very mean to other coworkers too like she owns them as slaves.OTHER Employees are very kind and wonderful, very on point with costumer service ...Other Employees should find a new Job and or(STARBUCKS Should get new MANAGEMENT.)Food and drinks are a 4.5 star ?But your Employees need sensitivity training.

More than once they have closed early, very frustrating! I'm finding more than often I will go to Dutch Bros because I don't want to drive to this location only to find it closed.

Wow......it's a sad day. I got my favorite drink today (Venti Chai) and instead of the usual ~$6 the cost was ~$8, a 33% increase! I ask if Starbucks has increased it's prices and was informed they have indeed increased prices. The staff here is always great and the drink was made to perfection, but $8 is a bit much for a 20oz drink. It will likely be my last. I'll miss you chai.

Coffee is overpriced and very average also, a bunch of democrat drop out kids. Will not be back in this lifetime

Even with the Covid days the drinks here are still great.

If only they would get their orders right, I would give them 4 and even 5 Stars. I've ordered bagels with cream cheese and twice they forgot the cream cheese! I order the Bantam Bagels... and they were frozen! I asked for extra cream and they wanted to CHARGE ME! Those are the reasons for just 3 Stars.
