We had never done anything like that before so we were a bit overwhelmed - she walked us through the steps, the menu, the dos/don’ts and made it an unforgettable experience. The best part was that they cleaned our entire kitchen after so we could just enjoy the evening and not worry about the clean up - perfect! Would definitely use them again.

She politely answered all our questions, served the dinner, cleaned the kitchen better than she found it. We 8 adults enjoyed the entire evening. She came to the house with all of the food and prepared an authentic Puerto Rican dinner for 9 people. She engaged with us throughout the cooking process and served the meal family style (our choice). While we were eating she prepared a dessert and served that once we had finished dinner. After that she cleaned the entire kitchen (dishes, countertops, sweeping the floor, etc.).
This experience was enjoyed by everyone and the locals in our group have plans to use her again.

The food was amazing and the presentation stylish and beautiful in the tone of the wedding colors and mountain theme. Our many guests raved about the food and artful presentation and Tara made it easy for us to enjoy our guests and not be concerned about what was happening in the kitchen. They left our kitchen spotless after the event and carefully packaged up all the leftovers for freezing that we are still enjoying! We selected Tara for a private cooking class for a reunion of seven college friends. To begin with, Tara was responsive and creative to work with, giving me ideas for the menu. She was clear and professional in her communication. When she arrived at our rental house, a dishwasher repairman was there, who unfortunately was taking much longer to complete the job than expected. She was such a champ and a pleasure to be around, staying patient and positive while working around him. She brought all the supplies needed for a lovely dinner, including flowers, wine glasses, table settings, and utensils and more. We made spring rolls together and the most amazing Thai green curry I've ever tasted! Tara was engaging, fun and provided excellent tips and information, even to a group that has been cooking for a while. She made it all so easy, with her preparation, set up and clean up. We all agreed that our evening with Tara was the highlight of our 4 days together.

She made the evening so special for us and put so much thought into everything. From the first planning call to the table scape with flowers and candles to the spotless kitchen at the end of the night, there was no stone left unturned. Tara made sure all of our needs were met. The food was EXCELLENT. She prepared a happy hour with appetizers followed by a 3 course meal with salad, entree, and dessert. She helped pack up leftovers so we could enjoy it for the rest of our trip! I can’t wait for our next Colorado trip so we can work with her again!
