Every single time I come here, I'm asked to park in the front of the restaurant. Different excuses as to why every time but I'm always waiting at least 10 minutes. I'm sure it's to keep their drive through times down so they look good but it's pretty irritating. Come on management stop teaching them this.

Caitlyn the manager working at drive thru at 3 pm on November 5th was the rudest employee i have ever met in the service industry. I have worked in food service since i was 16 im 22 now and never have i thought that it would be okay to treat a customer the way she treated me let alone another human being. She treated me like i was stupid even though ive worked at wendys before i know the policies and know the menu. Im incredibly disappointed that she would treat me this way while trying to just order food i was incredibly polite and was met with annoyance and rudeness. I left without food due to my irritation.

If you’re looking for something to eat in Conifer, stray clear from this wendy’s. When it comes to just the food side of things, you’d be considered lucky to leave with actually cooked bacon and sometimes even a fully cooked burger (me and friends have literally gotten pink centered patties from here more than once), and to simple things like fries. Seems like there’s a good crew every once in a while. Don’t get me started on the drive through. Multiple multiple times i’ll ask for something like a biggie bag, and thankfully I know what comes in one because i’m basically asking and answering all the questions the drive thru person should be asking me. to top it off they will end your order without asking if it’s done, or clarifying they got everything. Had to tell them everything to put in a biggie bag and still didn’t get it. overall miserable 0/10 eat anywhere else up here
This location is NOT open at 6:30AM. Stopped by to grab breakfast and the doors were locked at 6:30. Went through the drive through and was not greeted at the order board. Drove to the window and saw people inside, but was ignored. The food at this location is good, but I was a little disappointed at the lack of service and the incorrect posting of hours. Either open when your posted hours say, or change the posted hours.

Wendy's app and Google show drive thru open until midnight. I placed an order through the app at 10:50pm, it was accepted. I arrived at the location at 11:02, no one answered the drive thru so I went up to the window, all the employees that were inside ignored me. If your hours are different then you need to update the app and Google. And the app should not accept orders if the location is closed.
