Super disappointed in my experience today going through my local Burger King the gentleman on the intercom taking my drive-thru order was extremely impatient while another some girl hops on to also take my order extremely impatient as well... there's not a single car in front of me or behind me they are dead... Why are they rushing me to get my order when I didn't even get 30 seconds to look over the menu is beyond me... As a professional in this industry there's a zero excuse for that kind of behavior. If you can't have patience with your customers that drive-thru and you don't know how to correctly respond to them without being disrespectful and rude then you shouldn't have the job. You also forget the dipping sauce that goes with my kids Happy meal nuggets... thanks a lot 👎

Everything was great here in Cortez... The only problem I had was with the app placing the order on Fort Worth, TX even after I changed it to the Cortez location... Burger King quickly resolved the issue and even reimbursed me for more than my order was... The employee were friendly, and Cortez is a beautiful town...

Lobby was closed and the drive thru was open till 11:00pm. I was traveling from Albuquerque to Salt Lake City with my wife and 3 kids. Was hoping to get something to eat on the way. Went thru the drive thru at 10:50 but one car was ahead of us so we waited for them. But they were waiting for the drive thru response. Finally at 10:59 they took the car infront of us order. And when we pulled up mind you pulling a trailer they said “they had just closed, that the car befor us was the last order they barely made it by 11:00”. Welp it was sad faces this night.

Went 2 nights ago for French fries only. Waited 20 minutes stuck between cars at drive through. Got cold fries and the kid wouldn’t give us hot fries. Said NO and pocket the entire $10 bill that was handed to him. Does anyone own or care about BK here?

All in all, a solid 3 as burger kings go. Burger is big, fries are good, but the chicken nuggets are mostly bread were dry. They replaced them for me free of charge since thwy were dry. The replacement nuggets were still ultra thin and bready, but they felt fresh. The two employees I interact with seemed lethargic, and may be overworked or hate their jobs.
Definitely noy the kind of place you come to for a mutal boost, but the food was warm and good (nuggets felt skimpy though.)

The hours say they open at 7am but they were not ready. We waited for about 5 mins no one said anything at the drive thur. So we drove around and the doors were locked. They finally open the doors and told us they dont have any food ready. I dont completely understand what they meant by that. But we would have waited if they were nicer about.

I ordered a fish sandwich. i could not even bite through the edge of the fish it was so overdone. it was as if it had been microwaved for 5 minutes or leftover from the previous day after being very overcooked. Could not eat it at all.
