I ordered a fish sandwich. i could not even bite through the edge of the fish it was so overdone. it was as if it had been microwaved for 5 minutes or leftover from the previous day after being very overcooked. Could not eat it at all.

The manager on 5-27-2025 was super rude and did not offer any consideration for messing up our order and forgetting items we paid for. When asked for a simple request to compensate for THEIR mistake, the cashier agreed to an extra but simple item. He proceeded to deny the courtesy item and proceeded to flip us off. This was to out of town travelers. We usually stop here on our travels and always get good service but tonight was a huge disappointment. It's not a recommended place unless you have to stop.

I came here twice so far and each time the managers and staff were drunk. It would be nice if we could’ve been able come in and sit down and let my children play in the play place but their music was too loud and inappropriate. I guess they don’t care for their customers here. I hope some one cleans this place up soon. ( this place is in bad need of new staff.)
Very disappointed. I ordered an impossible burger with no mayo, ketchup, or onions and got a plain burger with a sad amount of wilted lettuce. There was no cheese, pickles, lettuce or tomato. Meanwhile, my mother ordered a regular whopper without cheese and that was wrong as well. I'll be sure to double check before I leave the parking lot next time so I don't drive all the way home before noticing.

For a company that charges 2 dollars for a soda and it only costs like 15 cents, I would think that when someone asks for "easy ice" the least that y'all can do is not fill it up all the way with ice. I might be wrong, but whoever set the ice setting on that machine needs to recheck it.

Had to ask for ketchup 2 pks at a time.. Drive thru orders where more important then dine in.. cashier handled food and cash at same time.. whopper had too much mayo then potato salad
