I usually love cold stone but today I had the absolute worst experience. I ordered a simple chocolate peanut butter dream milk shake and it was so liquidy with barely any ice cream and big chunks of peanut butter cup and only a little tiny dab of whipped cream. It was horrible, and I am so disappointed. Please do better because they are not cheap

CHECK Your order. I drive to Cortez, CO from Utah to get supplies monthly since it's the nearest Wal-Mart. Ordered chocolates, evidentially the girl behind counter does not know her chocolates or maybe new and learning, I'm sure it has to have signs on the other side of counter dictating what they are, but either way driving almost 1.5 hrs and then finding out a couple days later your box of chocolates does not contain the correct items and what you paid for is more than what's in the box is disappointing. Service atmosphere was great, ice cream was great, just disappointing. It's a "simple" job

Come on! What is better than ice cream? Okay, ice cream and chocolate. On top of that, the workers are typically friendly and cheerful. They were extremely helpful in gathering up gift cards for a class award ceremony I was conducting. My daughter loves this place.
Liked the combination of these two dessert shops. Rocky Mt Chocolate and Cold Stone. Service was very good. Daughter had ice cream while I had a few truffles. Perfect
