Don't order food on the app to try and same time. It's too complicated for them to understand. About 8-10 people working/standing and I ordered ahead only to wait 10 more minutes because they gave my very simple order of 2 pc mash and biscuit. To someone else. No excuse. I used to brag about this store. Not anymore.

Wow! I try to give people the benefit of the doubt and maybe they were having. A bad day and that’s why they could not be bothered to thank me after I thanked them but instead got a weird look at closed window. Then I get out of the parking lot grab one of the 2 chicken sandwiches and it was ice cold the chicken was old cold and chewy that’s after I waited 10+ minutes for my food so what the heck were they doing? Not making it fresh that’s for sure. Then the gravy I got as a side they had not closed the lid so it soaked through the bag onto my seat and made a nice little mess. I don’t think I will be going there anytime soon

Went to kfc after parade of lights,sat in the drive through for 30 min to serve 3 cars in front of me ordered the festive feast. And some tenders and a side of Mac and cheese. When I got home I found and 8 piece nuggets cole slaw and some biscuits. Will not be back

Food order wasn't right and manager didn't do anything to correct it, but argue with us. Chicken wasn't as hot and fresh as most other KFCs. Overall a bad experience and we love eating KFC chicken.

We got the hot & spicy wings and fries. The food is extremely good. Enjoyed every bite of wings. They are short stuffed, so you cannot dine in. Only drive-thru.

I went there about 5:30 this afternoon . First I tried to go through the drive thru and no one would take my order. So I went inside and no one would take my order. I had to leave. Needless to say I was very unhappy. That is not how you run a business. They were not even busy
