Food order wasn't right and manager didn't do anything to correct it, but argue with us. Chicken wasn't as hot and fresh as most other KFCs. Overall a bad experience and we love eating KFC chicken.

I went there about 5:30 this afternoon . First I tried to go through the drive thru and no one would take my order. So I went inside and no one would take my order. I had to leave. Needless to say I was very unhappy. That is not how you run a business. They were not even busy

Staff said they are āholding on the chickenā as our team of 6 showed up. When exiting the facility they turned to each other with an obvious expression of laziness because they didnāt want to actually do their job. Managers should re-evaluate their job titles and duties. Very unprofessional.
