Unique interior, comphy, dining separate from bar...we r bar people...clean, colorful mural, nice potties, absolutely wonderful staff and the BEST beer. No excuses...if u r eaters GO, if u r beer LOVERS GO, if u like a drink GO. This is a great stop with local flavor. Booths, bar stools, just GO!

I ordered the BLAST burger 🍔 it was perfectly cooked medium. Very tasty and fries were crispy. The double IPA quenched my thirst for a great beer.
Things were a little slow coming out of the kitchen but I cannot blame them. They had two large groups of people (my group included) showing up on a random day at opening. Service staff was very friendly and accommodating. The trivia games were a nice touch to help pass the time.

Great beer!

Arrived at 6:15p on a Thursday evening maybe 6 tables seated between both sides of restaurant. My tea was so old it tasted like prune juice. Ordered appetizer… not great, but not bad. Ordered prime rib for dinner and 20 minutes later, waitress came to tell me they didn’t have any prime rib tonight and she would be right back to get my new order. 20 minutes later she returned and I ordered a cheeseburger but upgraded for $1.99 to wagyu beef with garlic mashers. 30 minutes later waitress returns with the lump of charcoal that was my burger - even tasted charred…and French fries. I let her know I’d asked for mashers and would also need ketchup and mustard. I was nearly done with the burger before she returned with mashers or ketchup or mustard. Waited an unanticipated amount of time to get check as well. She mentioned how busy they were but no food comin out of the kitchen. Bottom line: choose ANYWHERE ELSE in Cortez to eat dinner!

Great food and friendly staff. Good prices too!!! We were a big group and the waiter managed us perfectly. Was on top of refilling drinks, getting orders right and still had a great attitude. Would definitely eat here again!

After a week of driving from Canada and sightseeing, I was looking forward to a juicy burger. Sadly, the bun was stale, lettuce was brown, onion was rubber and overall the Western burger lacked any flavor at all. Dry, dry, dry fir a medium rare. So disappointed but I picked it up to go. Whaddya do?

Great place with friendly people! I had the creole dip and it was a bit salty for me, but still good. The recommended local beer was amazingñ

OMG this place is on point the Beer (Crystal wheat) was to die for ! We had the stuffed mushrooms, amazing 5 stars, my wife had rainbow trout she thought it was excellent myself I had the wing with the Carolina sauce it made my tongue dance it was so good. Our waitress ( Madison ) was outstanding !!!

Too expensive for what you get. I ordered the steak and shrimp..they didnt have steak. So I ordered the shrimp, 6 shrimp, a cold, old baked potato. 27.00!
Service wasn't great! Never again!

Service is what can make or break a dining experience. We unfortunately had either a server who did not know her job or did not realize the customer can see what they are doing. Food was good, but would not recommend it at all with the server we had. The other two servers checked on their customers, were bustling, We had to ask for refills twice and generally not a joyful experience.

Food was well prepared and service was excellent. We both had the American Wagyu burger. It didn't taste and different than a regular burger. Wasn't as moist as I would expect it to be.
