Ordered a mccrispy meal. Nothing crazy. But the employees gave my order away to another customer. Waited 20 minutes total at the drive through waiting area while the other cars received their order promptly. Unacceptable.

I went through the drive to get me a small lunch.. My fries were not fresh, but they were warm.. My burger was a jr burger, but just enough for me.. The person working the window was either new, or was having an off day? She didn’t appear to know exactly what to do, so someone was trying to help her.. Kudos to her for not giving up! We’re all new when we start a new job, so patience pays off!!
Dietary restrictions: I’m not so sure about dietary restrictions or a vegan menu?
Kid-friendliness: They definitely have a kid friendly menu!
Wheelchair accessibility: They have Handicap parking, wheelchair accessible entrance and tables for wheelchair accessible..

Something is happening when they put a person in the drive thru who doesn't know how to take an order. The other line didn't seem to have an issue. Then the guy got my order wrong. SMH. OK McDonald's get someone who knows what they are doing. Drive thru is supposed to be quick, not 23 min. It's happening on a regular here.

Ordered inside on kiosk at 2:06PM. They let me sit there for 20 Minutes while they served other customers who ordered well after me. Then when I tell this employee that I need things made fresh, he gets a nasty attitude with me while he throws my meal at me and says "I have a lot of customers". Nobody cares dude. You have no reason to act like a jerk and leave customers waiting that long. I know many locations are understaffed, but he has no business in customer service.

Got some great service tonight from the staff, and the food tasted great! Made a mobile order and picked it up. Got home to find two of the burgers were completely plain. Went back and asked to get them remade the way we requested. The guy who helped me took the little sticker they put on the bag and gave it to the cook staff and let them know it needed extra pickles. I even heard them yell extra pickles while making the burgers. Decided to go ahead and get me and my husband large fries so we would have some warm ones to eat. Guy gave them to me at no cost stating that they had messed up and to let them fix it. Wish I had gotten his name, he made the night better after having a rough day in general.
All tables were dirty had to ask for rag ourself. Floors are dirty with food and dried up spills Customer service was not there employees were all talking amongst themselves instead of keeping up the place. Restroom were dirty as well paper towels and toilet paper on the floor. Trash can were over flowing as well. Food was good and fresh on top of everything thing else.

They claim they can't serve iced coffee tonight in the drive thru.. I have come here many times on my drive from from Utah to New Mexico and back every week or every two weeks. It's hit or miss and depends on who's working I guess. I'll just never stop here anymore. They seem to hire lazy people who don't have things ready on the menu that they should at night.. trying to get a head start on closing will lose you customers. Customers need consistency.

The 4a chicken sandwich is quite good. It has fried chicken and pickles. There is no sauce, which I like much better than the excess of sauce on most sandwiches.

Gave us the wrong take out order, we told them a woman who seemed to be in charge came to the window and said we can't take it back and didnt explain until several minutes later that they would correct the order and the wrong order was free for us to take. Very frustrating because of her attitude.
