I went through the drive to get me a small lunch.. My fries were not fresh, but they were warm.. My burger was a jr burger, but just enough for me.. The person working the window was either new, or was having an off day? She didn’t appear to know exactly what to do, so someone was trying to help her.. Kudos to her for not giving up! We’re all new when we start a new job, so patience pays off!!

Something is happening when they put a person in the drive thru who doesn't know how to take an order. The other line didn't seem to have an issue. Then the guy got my order wrong. SMH. OK McDonald's get someone who knows what they are doing. Drive thru is supposed to be quick, not 23 min. It's happening on a regular here.

Got some great service tonight from the staff, and the food tasted great! Made a mobile order and picked it up. Got home to find two of the burgers were completely plain. Went back and asked to get them remade the way we requested. The guy who helped me took the little sticker they put on the bag and gave it to the cook staff and let them know it needed extra pickles. I even heard them yell extra pickles while making the burgers. Decided to go ahead and get me and my husband large...
