Found it when passing thru Cortez. Didn't get any drinks, but food was amazing. Got pho, spring rolls, fries and popcorn chicken, and shrimp fried rice. And the TOASTED COCONUT RANCH! Must try. Everything was perfect.

Amazing value, packaged well for carryout, made fresh. If I stayed nearby I would eat here twice a week with their prices. Best of luck to them <3

Get the Banh Mi and an order of French fries. I ordered the Vietnamese meatball and my spouse got the Banh Mi with tofu. Absolutely delicious and hands down the best fries you can find anywhere.

Went in expecting to get a decent bahn mi to start a day of hiking since we were passing through town on a non-pho day.

Did not expect to have the best bowl of beef pho I've had stateside.

The soup was so rich and flavorful, perfect level of sweetness and all the right spices / aromatics. Didn't even reach for the provided Hoisin or Sriracha. The beef rib meat was super tender and fell off the bone.
