The boy with the ponytail was extremely rude. We were trying to get some food and he rushed our order and when we asked if it was all there he said “idk”. He shouldn’t be talking to anyone like that especially for how he looks. Told us it would be a 16 minute wait. I go to this location a lot not once have I been told to wait fifteen minutes. Then when I try to change my order he says that they are out of sandwich fillets. Sad world

After nearly 15 hours of solid drive my wife and I were so hungry it was unbearable. The Women (mid to late twenties blue hair) working the drive thru was rude and condescending despite my best efforts to be cordial. She acted as if we were an inconvenience and our food came out cold and the order was wrong. What a shame because Popeyes is an amazing place to eat. I’ll never visit this location again.

Our family of 4 FINALLY found a good, quick place to get dinner (that we recognized) on our way home from Bear Lake Utah back to Texas. While it’s only fried chicken, we could not have been more thankful for a good dependable chain with the basics. We choose the drive thru (to get closer to home) at 8:30 at night which is a toss up anywhere at that time of night. These guys were FANTASTIC! They were able to sub items and get us FRESH food! Should we ever make it back that way we will keep them in mind!

Came in asking for no pickles on our sandwiches and both ended up with pickles. When given back to employee pickles were just picked off and attempt to gives sandwiches back. Refused and asked to make manager stated it was a waste of food. If made right first it wouldn't be waste. What happened to customer always right?

Was not told until I ordered that they still had to cook the chicken. The 2- 4 pieces orders were very skimpy. The pieces were very small and there were no biscuits.
