Loved the small town elegant feel to the restaurant, it felt homey. The waitress was great and food came out quickly and hot. The country fried Bison and Elk Burger was amazing, would definitely eat here again. Their ranch for their salad was great and the steak fries/potato wedges were huge. Highly recommend

We stopped here driving back to Texas. The Verde chicken soup was delicious. The garlic butter mushroom alfredo with chicken was alright. The chicken was flavorless and seared hard. The dark-haired waitess wasn't friendly and failed to provide eye contact until it was time to pay and then her friendliness kicked in.

What a sweet little casual steakhouse in Cortez. Great food. Service was excellent. I had the ribeye and it was cooked to perfection. A great place to get good food and relax with friends.
