You need to teach your people how to count change please and how to count it back to the customer, I was shorted 5.00 today because your window person couldn't count change. I wasn't going to waist my time going back or embarrassing the person over 5.00 but someone else might so please please teach them the proper way of counting change, it's not that hard really.

Long wait with one car ahead of me. Asked for a chicken sandwich without their nasty pickles, 2 5 piece chicken tenders. Got the sandwich with pickles and tenders that have been sitting for hours. Stale and dry. GO ELSEWHERE!

The staff were nice enough, but after placing my order they seemingly forgot about me. The place seemed busy, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. After nearly 30 minutes I pressed the order button to inquire about my food and they quickly brought it out. Not great.

Didn’t get our order right and when we mentioned it she ignored us. We told her again and she said that she couldn’t do anything about it. Also gave us mozzarella sticks with no sauce and was annoyed when we pulled back around to get some. This place doesn’t deserve one star.

Once again using the app for Sonic is hopeless at best! You order ahead and then have to wait for Sonic to get every order out before they get to your order placed 20 minutes beforehand. Two items a drink and a side dish.? The one food side ...cold, and the drink missing ingredients. Why even use the app if it takes longer than getting there to just order from the place? Come on ?can't you get a server to skate out the small online order before all the stalls and the 6 people in the drive thru line?? ?
