I just went there tonight... if you look at the details of this establishment on Google you will clearly see they close at 9. I showed up at 8:30, they had their sign flipped to open and as soon as I walked in the host told me they closed at 8:30. Everyone in this establishment treats their job as a joke... disappointed and probably never coming again... p.s. I gave you guys more chances even after I found a bug in your mochi balls so now I think you are out of those chances!

Stonefish sushi was a very pleasant surprise on every level. The food, our server (Jaeden), and atmosphere. I’ve lived many years in California and many more in Hawaii and I’ve never had better food than what I was served at Stonefish - spider roll, gnocchi, tempura shrimp and seaweed salad.

Recently moved back to Cortez. This is my 3rd time ordering lunch for pick up. I had the Salmon Protein Bowl. It was delicious. Generous serving and they do not skip out on the sauce.
Today Luis assisted me and considering I have ordered lunch from here more than once—He was the first server to share the STONEFISH SUSHI LOYALTY LUNCH CARD with me. He also educated me on how and when to use it. “Buy 6 lunch entrees from the lunch menu and the 7th is Free.” Luis also packed chop sticks and soy sauce for me. This also had not been done in the past. Definitely noticed his attention to detail. It was disheartening it took three trips to learn about the Loyalty Card. However, the food was delicious all of those previous times. I would be 1/2 to my loyalty reward. ? This is more of a front end training opportunity rather than food quality/service.
I highly recommend and looking forward to additional meals here.

The atmosphere is a little loud with the music, and people think they need to talk louder. The sushi is amazing. The hotamame was okay. The hand rolls we got were delicious. We would definitely go again.

Hate to say it but I don't like the new menu you have, you changed the cucumber salad and the rolls are different from before. I understand new ownership but nothing was wrong with that menu before pr the way they made things.
