Very clean subway with huge seating area and parking. The sandwich prepared is above average and the staff is courteous. The beverage selection is good and the ingredients of the sandwich were fresh. Meat portion is little less however the sandwich was prepared fresh. Overall nice restaurant with good staff.

The evening crew at 1219 East main Street Cortez is extremely incompetent. They got the online order wrong so they remade it and after they remade it it was even more wrong than the first time. This Isn't the first time it happened, same two guys working there.

I placed an online order and the online order didnât give me a time where I could change it. I called in the lady that answered the phone was very nice and said yes we could change the time and she let me choose a different time for pick up so it could be ready for my husband when he needed to go pick up his sandwich

I ordered a catering order and they were so helpful. I almost forgot 5 lunch boxes and on the day of the Cater I called and asked if they could add five more lunchboxes to my order to be picked up at 9 AM and they told me that was no problem and they would have it already for me still by 9 AM. Thank you so much Subway for helping me out.

I donât see why people are putting bad reviews. Every time I go in there they are always smiling and making a conversation with the customer. I have seen them great Customers by name and that was really neat. I know when there is a shift change it looks like there a lot of people but not. I feel customer need to think that they are human too and have feelings and maybe if you got something that not as fast or looks like they having a bad maybe just ask and see how they are doing.
Itâs a good thing there is two other Subways in town. Use to go to this one all the time and definitely will NOT go back. There was three people working in which took us 20 plus minutes to get our two sandwiches. There was one mobile order in front of us. After our sandwichâs were toasted they set them to the side and ALL went to the back (understandable to grab what they need) BUT were back there for awhile and could see Kristen showing the others a pan and her talking about her âamazing pan washing.â The lady who took our order was trying to hurry, but was obviously annoyed since the other two kept leaving her. As we were leaving we could hear them give each other attitude and begin to bicker. By the time we were done our sandwichâs were cold and soggy since they had sat for about 10-15 minutes.
I donât know if they have new management or what, but need to teach the employees more about customer service.

The ABSOLUTE SLOWEST âFast Foodâ restaurant I have ever been to. 2 or 3 employees and one person making sandwiches. Always a 15-20 minute wait even if there is only 1 person ahead of you.
