I go there all the time and get the same order. Yesterday I went through the drive through and told them twice no sour cream! I won’t eat my food if there is any on there. Still came with it. Today I ordered through door dash thinking hopefully this time will be different and it’s on there again. I would not have even been mad if it happened one time but it’s been twice now and I feel like I just wasted my money.

This evening 6/10/2025 it was a little supper rush. But Jalon, handling the register, and helping get the food out. Multi tasking like a champ (along side his team). He's super friendly. Greeted each customer, apologized for it being a little few minutes wait. Smiled and helped the customers in the lobby. Jalon is super friendly and very helpful. Thank you for your amazing customer service, and amazing attitude.

We wanted to eat inside, but they had closed the restaurant area. You could only get something if you drove through the drive through. The food was good though, it would just have been nice to enjoy it in the restaurant. The sign said that it closed at 10pm but when we came a bit past 8pm the doors were locked.

Have an order with 7 tacos and ask for medium sauce and they give us two packets. Lazy and inconsiderate. 1st time in 5 visits they haven’t blatantly forgotten a whole ordered item and usually give us 10+ packets. Finally get the order right and they give only two. Have to f up one way or another i guess.

got spicy potato tacos and the potato's were rock hard they just crumbled my kids wouldn't even eat it I did not call and complain to get new because I feel I shouldn't have to the person who made it should not have a food handlers card I would never serve food like that to anyone please do better food cost are high enough as it is I don't want to be overpaying for very expired food please do better
I ordered a Crunch Wrap Combo and picked it up from the drive thru. I got my food and went home. When I arrived home I opened the Crunch Wrap to put hot sauce on it and there was no meat inside the wrap. All that was in the wrap was lettuce, tomato, the corn shell, and cheese. No meat. I was tired and live away from town and didn't want to drive back to show them my Crunch Wrap was missing the meat. If I do order food again from there, I'll make sure it is made properly before I leave. Please do better Taco Bell.

There isn't a lot of staff so service can occasionally take 10-15 minutes even in the drive through. But the food is good regular Taco Bell food. I like the combo boxes.
