Everytime I go there and place an order and ask for certain things nothing is ever made correctly and the customer service is unprofessional for any fast food restaurant I've ever been to.

update to my update: all the improvements that had been made by new management and employees, have gone back down the tubes. I have ordered twice recently and both times the orders were messed up and the food not made right. This place isn't worth eating at again and it's sad.

Incredibly long wait in the drive thru. Not that long of a line and parked for 15 minutes waiting. Too bad it's designed in a way one couldn't leave the line if they wanted to.

So I came in at 9:55pm, walk in because I'm traveling for work and don't have a vehicle to drive thru. Thankfully the dining room was still open. Ordered my food on the kiosk, and they got on it pretty quickly. BUT!!! The gorditas on my cheesy gordita crunches was crunchier than the hard taco shells!! So stale it was difficult to eat, ended up throwing that part out. I asked for double steak in the cheesy melt grilled Steak burrito, and I'm almost positive they went HALF the normal amount of steak and made up for it with extra rice. Wasn't all that chessy either. About the only thing they made that was good was the steak street chalupas. I pray this isn't a common thing here...

I chose Taco Bell over sonic for speedy service. It’s been 20 minutes and there are still a handful of people in the lobby waiting to get their food. Signs of being unorganized by the conversations happening on the food line. Hopefully they can turn this around.
