Staff was nice, their manager was okay. Waited 40 minutes (should’ve just left I guess) for a 10 dollar order. Appreciated the extra stuff and how fresh the food was, but it was ridiculous. Cashier was obviously new and trying his best, but needed more help. Manager was in the back smoking and on their phone with a line of vehicles waiting. Stop being a big back and help your staff out.

There was the cutest new person working. Super sweet and the fact he was so nervous made him even cuter. He had SUCH a positive attitude even through the horrible attitude and tones coming from the general manager “Camelia” I believe. She was treating her staff extremely poorly, being rude to the customers and on her phone religiously. Overall great staff. The MANAGER made it a bad experience. Not one smile either.

This place is by far the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too. Even though they’re “open” until 11pm, don’t plan on getting any type of service or food past 9:30pm. The sign lights and menu board are on but the employees ignore the drive thru until you finally get frustrated and leave. I waited 15 minutes asking if they were open, no answer. I finally pulled thru the drive thru to exit and saw all the employees inside just looking at me through the window. The register female had her head set on. No exaggeration, this has occurred 8 different times to us within the last two years. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this awful location.

Really bad. Brought the food home and found lettuce instead of rice. Total amount of chicken beans and guacamole was less than half of the amount that should have been there. Just terrible. Total rip off. This store and food service has gone down hill, it must be under new management.

This taco bell doesn't care if you order through the app and swap out the meat for a non meat substitute. I come here because they have a lot of vegetarian options and substitutions, but about half the time I order, my kids end up having my food when I can't eat it. Expecting my food to be made how I ordered it and bite into a burrito made with meat has me disappointed nearly every time.They don't turn their building lights on at night so it looks like they are closed, probably less traffic that way so they don't have to do any work.The woman that replaced the nice guy at the drive thru has a nasty attitude. If you don't like your job, you don't have to take it out on your customers.

Went there early in the morning thru drive thru to get breakfast for the family. Sat at the speaker for 10 minutes didn't hear anything from anyone. Had to check to see if they were open and yep they were. Drove up to the window since I knew what my order was gonna be. Saw some one thru the drive thru window look at me dissappear farther in to the back and nothing I waited a few more minutes before just leaving what a waste of my time.

If I could give zero stars I would. The "manager" at the drive thru window was extremely rude.. she tried charging me $15 for two beef chalupas with extra lettuce and cheese. When asked why so much she told us because of the extra lettuce and cheese. We told her that we did not want the extra lettuce and cheese, she got upset and slammed the window. She came back minutes later, handed us or bag and said "here". They literally grabbed the "extra" lettuce and cheese off of the chalupas and gave them back. Our food was not edible and had zero cheese and a few pieces of lettuce. We too pics of them. When my wife called the store and asked for the corporate office phone number she refused to give it to her. My wife then asked for her name and she mumbled something. When my wife ask her to repeat herself she screamed "Camila Johnson". This location has very rude staff not to mention the place is always dirty . Called corporate and the are making it right!

My whole meal was cold so I went thru the drive thru again they have the lobby closed after 5 or something but they said they'll replace my meal so both times I waited in the drive thru waited 15 min finally got my replacement meal and it was still cold never going

You guys at cortez need to open your doors to the public more often, it's unfair to not be served simply because I ride a bike, and during the hours the indoor dinning area is supposed to be open you have locked if no customers are inside, I would get yelled by my manager if I ever pulled that.
