KAYLA SERVES IT UP! Wife and I enjoyed fun +55 chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes & salad at Denny's in Cortez, Colorado tonight. Really appreciated fast service and follow-up from server KAYLA D!
Really good food. Our grand daughters ordered the chicken addiction bowl ( a 5) and a half zesty nachos( a 4) respectively. My wife ordered a Brisk BBQ melt and added avocado (5 again). Mine was chicken fried chicken (3.5), the red potatoes were sorely lacking. Justin our server was good and efficient. The only distraction was two female wait staff having a loud discussion about the Supreme Court overturning Roe v Wade. Decor here was fun.
We stayed in a hotel across the street and came twice; the first time late in the evening after exploring all day and the day we left Cortez, for breakfast. We had the 55+ breakfast both times (eggs any way, hash browns, toast). The food was very good and the service both days also!
