Visiting from Wisconsin to see Mesa Verde and we were looking for a unique place to have dinner. The staff was kind and attentive. All 4 of our dishes were phenomenal. Me & the hubby are from Texas. Great atmosphere, Food was great, the bbq sauce was extraordinary reminded me of my pops bbq sauce he used to win in bbq cook-offs contest. What we ordered, we got appetizer loaded french fries, I got the brisket grill cheese, he got the meat plate w/ choice of 2 meats "ribs, brisket" & two sides "mac n cheese, cheesey potatoes". Ordered ribs and sausage. Very good bark on ribs. Meat fall off the bone. Good smoke in sausage. Sides were really good, one side can feed two. Wife got the cheddar Mac. She said it’s one of better.
