We stood in line of two people for 10 minutes and not a single person acknowledged our presence. Once they took the order it took another 5 minutes to make a couple burgers.

Went by there after a baseball game at 8:09 and the lobby was already closed. That is ridiculous. So went to McDonald’s. Packed there. Better be careful.

I’m not sure if he’s actually a manager or not but if he is, I’m not sure why a place would want to keep someone like him. Did a mobile order, picked it up, and got home to a missing item, a messed up burger, and a nugget that was shorted. Figured I would just go back and ask them to remake it because nobody likes cold food. I was greeted by Daniel. I told him my issue and asked if they could remake my order for me so I could get my he problems corrected and have a warm meal. I was immediately met with attitude and hostility. He basically called me a liar claiming he was the one who packed my order. In search of my receipt which he couldn’t find, he found one with the same first name but the wrong last name. I’m assuming this was the order he was referring to when he insinuated I was lying to him about the issue with my order. I had tried showing him my phone receipt the entire time but he was too busy not listening to me and becoming increasingly more hostile towards me and my husband. When he finally looked at my phone he simply just told me he couldn’t give me a refund without a receipt. I told him I didn’t ask for a refund, I just wanted my food remade. After more back and forth about how all I want is my food remade he finally took down the order on a sticky note and put it in for remake. He refused to give us his name, only telling us he was the manager that night. The remade food came out quickly and the employee who gave it to us was kind. He was able to provide the guy’s name, Daniel. I sincerely hope Daniel can take a look at how he is treating customers and change because I was never rude to him, yet he treated us like garbage requesting the impossible for him. I don’t know why they would want to keep someone like that around because the way he acted, I’m sure he has treated other customers like that before too. If you don’t like where you’re working, find something else instead of taking it out on customers who have done nothing wrong.

Sad place. I waited inside for more than five minutes and was not acknowledged once. If I had gotten some customer service I'm sure it would have been met with disdain. One boy walked up like he was gonna take my order and walked away, he did not look at me once but the fryer and cooks kept looking at me. I walked out because nobody was taking my order

Went through drive through in Cortez Co. Wanted at the menu board for 5 minutes before being acknowledged, ordered and paid (bacon classic, coke and fries). I was then directed to pull forward, and waited another 14 minutes, for barely warm food....wtf? Was not given a receipt so that I could quietly let corporate know they have a problem, so publicly I am saying I will not spend any more money there.

The staff there needs better leadership. They completely ignored us in the drive through window when we asked for our receipt… their game of rock paper scissors was more important than acknowledging our presence.

Be careful at this location! Stopped by tonight and found a store crew that was struggling to keep up. Not complaining about the people-Too many issues to mention, but you have to keep it clean-“always be cleaning”. The young lady that helped me handed me my chili and nuggets, literally handed them to me without a bag, crackers, etc. obviously new so why is she put into that position as a cashier and coordinator? Give her some training! Chili was cool, probably 80 degrees! Nuggets were hot, thankfully, service area was a mess and dangerous for employees with that slippery floor. Where is the District manager validating store manager excellence? Best time to validate store operations is at 8:30 to 10:30pm.
