Got the”New Cobb Salad” today. Got 1 oz grilled chicken, 1/2 strip bacon, 1 tablespoon cheese, 1 1/2 tablespoons tomato, 1/2 boiled egg and 2 cups of very tired Iceberg and Romaine lettuce. Another day, another disappointment! The staff and management have known about the speaker and microphones at the order kiosk for a long time, but don’t want to spend the money to repair it.

My experience was great, managers Jocelyn and Anela made sure my order was correct. Great customer service from Cori who took my order.
Came in to use a coupon I got in the mail. Walked up to the register and was greeted by a cashier off to the side but ignored by a manager playing with something on the register screen. She just stared at the screen pressing buttons, never looked up or said a word to me. After a couple minutes another manager walked up and started playing with the screen. Havent had my order taken or been acknowledged at this point besides the cashier. I ended up just walking out. I assume you guys are sending out these really good coupons to get sales up in the store. You cant do that if no customers are getting orders taken though.

It's a Wendy's it provided food that didn't give me food poisoning. When you are down this bad I think you have other things to worry about then the reviews of a Wendy's. Oh and the bathrooms were clean.

Went to Wendy's at 7pm on a Saturday. Not busy at all. Had a combo burger with fries and BBQ chicken tenders. NONE of the food was fresh. EVERYTHING was lukewarm at best.
