Went here with my family. Food was amazing! Super yummy and portions size is a lot. Also really liked that they still offer chips and salsa for free. (Not many places do anymore) There was only one server and it was fairly busy, as you would expect on a Friday, yet everything was done very quickly and friendly. Definitely will be going back!

My wife and I shared the steak and chicken fajitas. They were a little stingy with the steak, but the quality of the food was good. Their top-shelf margarita was quite enjoyable as well—not just a sugary drink with some alcohol, but of good quality, too. The hostess and waitress were very friendly and helpful, though the service was slow, despite the restaurant not being too busy.

The tacos are delicious beef chicken and carnitas. The rice sucks and beans were salty AF. but it was overall a good experience, with friendly service. Free chips and salsa when you're seated. If your hungry check this spot out.

Horrible service and disrespect. I will never be back to this restaurant or casino. Completely ignored by every staff member as we waited for a table. Finally a girl came to the host stand and began processing checks. Still ignoring us. We eventually asked if anyone was going to seat us and and her only response was "we're on a wait" with no apology or care that we're came in.

We used to love Baja Billy's! Our son loved the bean dip salsa (as part of the trio). The food was decent. However, after a menu change, we were very disappointed. Service as always was friendly and prompt. Food however looks like a shortcut. The salsa was different. Tasted like from a can. Beans were no longer the same and our son was disappointed because it was different (usually he eats the whole dip by himself!). Food lacked freshness and quality. Please bring back some of the original luster of why we would go every week! Hopefully, this is just due to the casino changing and trying to figure out how to run all the restaurants there. We are waiting-- when there is a change we are excited to try Baja Billy's again, with enthusiasm.

The wait to be seated was 45 min just to be told ‘I’m new’ and that’s why our order wasn’t put in the kitchen for another 45 mins. Then, were asked to leave because they’re closing and we had to take our food To-Go…with no utensils. But the ice castles were great!

This was our first time here and our last. Tacos were nasty. I would be embarrassed to feed that to my family. The tortillas for tacos were dripping oil, not cooked and flopped around. The chips were cheap and stale. Two different shapes of chips so they must be opening whatever bag they bought to mix in. The worst part is to spend $90 + for food that bad. I’ve had better tacos at food trucks for way less! Will not go back for that. Only good part was a nice waitress.

Way over priced for the quality of food. Salsa was wet and you couldn't dip chips. Tacos were wet and sloppy. Taste was below average.

The food used to be so good. We are here everytime we come to the crippler- they changed the menu and it’s BAD! The salsa is horrible. Out of a can for sure. And a cheap can at that. No more bean dip. The queso takes like cheese dust and water. So- yummy. the food itself- awful. The rice was gross. My 10 year old makes better reheated rice from yesterday. The ground beef tacos- all grease, no flavor- cheap store bought stuff. I only ate it because it was going to cost us $50.Staff was amazing! But bring back the old menu and the Mexican slaw! 0/5 on the food hands down. After 13 years going a couple times a month- tonight was our last night.

We ate here in October 2023. The food was not that great and we were overcharged where we essentially were charged for two meals and then some (original bill was $86.09 when it should’ve been $80.09. Then we were later charged $80.09 on top of this for a total of $176.09 for a meal that cost $80.09 with the tip). We have made multiple calls to Kristin, the manager there and several other people, all without a resolution or our money back. This is really great customer service. I will not eat there again and would not recommend it to anyone.

I have eaten here twice now. First time had the chili relleno and chimichonga....which are both excellent! Second time, I wasn't impressed with my meal but the manager was quick to make it right and ended up very pleased with my second visit as well. Highly recommend!

Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian options... .burritos to veggie fajitas....all delicious!
