Terrible experience – we’re never coming back! We used to come here every time we visited Cripple Creek, but never again. I’ve never experienced such poor service and food! We ordered two green chilis, one cup and one bowl. The waitress only brought the cup, and when we told her the bowl was missing, she said “oh, ok” and walked away. More than 10 minutes passed, and she still didn’t bring it. We had also ordered a hamburger and a salad. She finally brought the bowl of chili along with the rest of the food, but by then my husband didn’t even want it anymore—it had been over 20 minutes since I got mine. My salad had maybe a quarter cup of chicken (as you can see in the photo), and on top of. It, it was cold! The waitress never came by to check if everything was okay or if we needed refills. I had to get up and speak with the manager on duty, who offered to make another salad. I accepted, but it took so long that I eventually went back to the manager to tell her I didn’t want it anymore since my husband had already finished eating. The waitress never apologized, and neither did the manager. We paid for my husband’s burger and my cup of chili and left. We used to come here every time we visited Cripple Creek, but never again. This little cafe in Cripple Creek Colorado was a Exceptional choice for Lunch, Breakfast or Dinner! It is small but very clean with friendly staff and Great food! Breakfast of Country Fried Steak Hash Browns & Eggs was big in proportion and very very good & extremely well priced! Lunch was Burgers with Onion Rings and once again it was Delicious & priced very reasonable!

This was a very nice cafe. It had a decent size menu. It was a little busy when we got there, so we had to wait 45 minutes for a table. But it was inside the casino, so we had fun just playing some More slots. I had the vision chili bowl and a bread bowl and it was very, very good.

My husband got sick immediately after eating food. I gave my burned bacon back to the cook through the window. We were sitting in a booth by the window. The food was terrible. Hash browns burned, bacon black. When i received a new piece of bacon, it was burned too. Either grill is dirty, grease is old, or bacon was precooked and then cooked again. We didnt play as much because my hasband was so sick from his burned sausage. We will never eat there again. We will go across the street
