The hostess was not friendly and didn't even greet me, just stared at me. My waiter was very nice and welcoming. The Chicken Bacon Sandwich was very good.

Was told an hour wait very rudely by the hostess. I saw a dozen open tables. If I could give zero stars, I would.
The management needs to read these reviews and make some changes. You lost our breakfast money, and we will not return to gamble.
A very poor representation of the so called “great service”.

We ordered the Classic Breakfast...scrambled eggs, bacon, sourdough and white bread. Came with hash browns. Sourdough toast was burnt, nether bread had been buttered. Eggs were good. Hash browns had a horrible taste, didn't matter what you put on them. Bacon was good. We both ordered coffee. The worst coffee I have ever had! Again no matter what you put in it, the taste did not improve. We were both disappointed! Only one waiter, he did his best. The guy at the podium could of been better help, by offering water and getting coffee poured instead of standing there pounding on the podium in time to the music. So disappointed 😞

Terrific service for breakfast and lunch, our waiter Brad is totally on top of his service, very nice man pleasant to talk to about all the changes he's seen in the last 22 years. The food was very good also, wish all of a great year.

Came here to eat lunch yesterday amd waited to be seated. After the hostess was not around and the other waiters came and went we decided to try somewhere else. Next morning we went to try breakfast and was told it was a 30 minute wait with only the front being used, decided to go to Maggie's and got in right after walking in. Took bad since this is one of the biggest casinos and couldn't even do food service.

There’s nearly always a wait no matter the time. Was told a 45 min wait on a weekday at 10am while Im looking at 6 open tables. The menu is nothing special. Just go across the street to Dynamite Dick’s. Better in every way. And Ive never waited for a table there.

We stayed in Cripple Creek the last couple of days and had 3 meals at the Home Cafe in the Bronco Billy’s casino. The food and service was excellent at each meal. I would like to recognize our server for two of the meals. Gina was fantastic. She really cares about her job and providing great service to her customers. They have great teamwork with the staff and she really cares about her fellow employees too.

The service here is horrible. I ordered a $25 steak and eggs ordered it medium well, it came out bloody sent it back came back burnt. We had to ask our server for everything drink refills, boxes, the servers on the morning shift look like they just rolled out of bed and came to work and there still sleeping!!!! If you’re gonna spend 50 bucks on breakfast go somewhere else!!! Ask for a supervisor and of course one wasn’t there.

Unusually awful! My husband ordered a burger with all add-ons except bacon, she forgot to put in any of the toppings, so he got just a plain burger. Plus my salmon was raw in the middle. When I flagged her down to get ithe fish heated up, she tries to tell me it was supposed to be that way. I'm sorry, but no. Salmon is not supposed to be cool, grey, and mushy in the middle. She argued with me for almost a minute before she finally just took it to be reheated and reheated the whole plate. Sadly the rice and 3 sad pieces of asparagus were dry and overdone to start with, so they came out inedible after. She did ask if my husband wanted his remade, but it took almost an hour to get the first time and we did not want to wait again.

I'm sorry, but I have managed restaurants, and the food issues are concern enough. But an employee who forgets half of an order, then tries to avoid fixing another order by arguing that a clearly undercooked seafood item is supposed to be that way, then doesn't even apologize once or try to fix the situation is even more so. It quite frankly felt as though she was too busy to be bothered with my salmon (which admittedly there were only 3 servers in the restaurant). I'm honestly wondering if the long wait was because she forgot to even ring us in, and then my food was rushed through when she did finally remember. Regardless, your GM needs to look at some serious retraining of both the servers and the cooks on safe meat temperatures and how to handle mistakes.
