When I lived here several years ago, I had a breakfast burrito here and it was very good. So, having moved back to the area, I went with a friend who was very excited to try it. He ordered enchiladas which were served in a very unique style. I opted for the breakfast burrito, with sausage and bacon. I got it smothered in the green chile sauce, which, for me, was a mistake. I’m a lightweight when it comes to spicy food, and I should have asked to try it first. Haha. It was absolutely delicious, though very spicy. I’m excited to go back and try more selections. Atmosphere: The atmosphere cannot be beat! Outdoor dining at its finest. The air is clean (and very brisk the day we visited) and the area is beautiful, clean, and quiet. And there are plenty of trash cans to use to keep it clean. I love Mike & Rick, and met Liz that day. She is a beautiful ray of sunshine, and even gave us a cookie for dessert! A wonderful experience!

Liz was very friendly and had a great attitude.
The yogurt parfait with mixed berries and granola ranks in my top 5 favorites. Berries were super fresh and plentiful.

My experience at Liz’s food truck was so wonderful! I was visiting Cripple Creek from out of town and wanted a comforting small town breakfast, and this place hit the mark! The bacon breakfast burrito with half green chile sauce and half sausage gravy was absolutely delicious, and be sure to request tator tots with her homemade sauces on the side! The food was fresh, hot, and made to order! Liz was also very welcoming, ensuring we were aware of all of the options on her menu and other activities going on in the area. I will absolutely be coming back to visit Liz when I come back to Cripple Creek! There is also a nice seating area next to the food truck that is great for sitting with your fur babies if you have them with.

Its semi-fast food from a food truck. Service was super freindly, and food was pretty good. Plus it was reasonbly priced. There is a self seating area under some trees, and a historic hotel and campground all on the driveway. Sad we couldnt sit out but flies were out in summer. I would recommend for a quick and cheap lunch. Made with love as we'd say.

I could feel the love and good energy that was obviously included when making this delicious food. It's rare for me to come back to a place a 2nd time while on vacation but every person in my group was immediately talking about what we were gonna get the next day. Aside from the amazing food and being able to tour the Hospitality Hotel, vibe check meter is off the scale. 10 stars for the feel good vibes and genuine good energy from Liz putting all this tastiness together. Shoulda known she was from the same area as my group. I will be making special trips back to Cripple Creek for as long as Liz and Doc's is there to feed my belly and soul. 1000% would recommend.

This place deserves all the love and support in the world. We were staying at a cabin about 15 minutes from Docs and stopped by twice during our stay. We tried the biscuits n gravy, ultimate breakfast sandwich, pancakes, French toast and the green chili smothered breakfast burritos. Food was 10/10 but what got us to come back the 2nd day was Liz, who has worked here since 2021. I found out not only did she come from Omaha, NE (where we were visiting from), she also graduated the same high school just 4 years after me! Liz has an infectious, uplifting energy and she was such a pleasure to be around. Already looking forward to coming back to visit for the amazing food and even better company! Peace and love to Liz, Rick and the rest of the staff at the Cripple Creek hospitality house next door ✌🏼
