Run, don’t walk to Docs! Best, cleanest, friendliest food truck ever. We were getting tired of “Casino” food. Googled breakfast and boy am I glad I did. The ultimate breakfast sandwich was one of the best I’ve had. The green chili sausage burrito had just the right zing. And the homemade fry sauce was out of this world. The cook/maybe owner went out of her way to explain menu and deliver food. Plenty of out door seating and the grounds are beautiful. I will be back for lunch soon!

When I lived here several years ago, I had a breakfast burrito here and it was very good. So, having moved back to the area, I went with a friend who was very excited to try it. He ordered enchiladas which were served in a very unique style. I opted for the breakfast burrito, with sausage and bacon. I got it smothered in the green chile sauce, which, for me, was a mistake. I’m a lightweight when it comes to spicy food, and I should have asked to try it first. Haha. It was absolutely delicious, though very spicy. I’m excited to go back and try more selections. Atmosphere: The atmosphere cannot be beat! Outdoor dining at its finest. The air is clean (and very brisk the day we visited) and the area is beautiful, clean, and quiet. And there are plenty of trash cans to use to keep it clean. I love Mike & Rick, and met Liz that day. She is a beautiful ray of sunshine, and even gave us a cookie for dessert! A wonderful experience!

We were camped at the KOA outside of Cripple Creek and found this place based on the great reviews. Food was great and the service was amazing! I had the privilege of meeting Liz and she was amazing! If you’re in the area stop by for some great food and say hello to Liz. Her positive energy will have you smiling from ear to ear!

Liz was very friendly and had a great attitude.
The yogurt parfait with mixed berries and granola ranks in my top 5 favorites. Berries were super fresh and plentiful.
When in the area again, I'll definitely visit again.

My experience at Liz’s food truck was so wonderful! I was visiting Cripple Creek from out of town and wanted a comforting small town breakfast, and this place hit the mark! The bacon breakfast burrito with half green chile sauce and half sausage gravy was absolutely delicious, and be sure to request tator tots with her homemade sauces on the side! The food was fresh, hot, and made to order! Liz was also very welcoming, ensuring we were aware of all of the options on her menu and other activities going on in the area. I will absolutely be coming back to visit Liz when I come back to Cripple Creek! There is also a nice seating area next to the food truck that is great for sitting with your fur babies if you have them with.
This food truck is absolutely worth all the hype. Liz is so hospitable and welcoming. The quality of the food is top notch and the portions are generous. Made from scratch, and to order. Prices are fair and cheap, in my opinion. Thank you Liz for the outstanding customer service and delicious food. That green chili salsa had my soul singing! Dog friendly area and nice seating in the shade to eat your hot, tasty meal. A hidden little gem in Cripple Creek. We’ll be back for sure!

Its semi-fast food from a food truck. Service was super freindly, and food was pretty good. Plus it was reasonbly priced. There is a self seating area under some trees, and a historic hotel and campground all on the driveway. Sad we couldnt sit out but flies were out in summer. I would recommend for a quick and cheap lunch. Made with love as we'd say.
