Run, don’t walk to Docs! Best, cleanest, friendliest food truck ever. We were getting tired of “Casino” food. Googled breakfast and boy am I glad I did. The ultimate breakfast sandwich was one of the best I’ve had. The green chili sausage burrito had just the right zing. And the homemade fry sauce was out of this world. When I lived here several years ago, I had a breakfast burrito here and it was very good. So, having moved back to the area, I went with a friend who was very excited to try it.
He ordered enchiladas which were served in a very unique style. I opted for the breakfast burrito, with sausage and bacon. I got it smothered in the green chile sauce, which, for me, was a mistake. I’m a lightweight when it comes to spicy food, and I should have asked to try it first. Haha....
