Came gambling here and it was decent. Just a little outdated. .

The rooms were small compared to the online pics. We got a king deluxe and it was a bed, TV and a small desk. No microwave, no fridge, no sofa (as the photo had shown). The carpet needs replaced, and the AC didn't work. Gaming was okay. Some staff were great but one manager had quite the attitude when we asked for a drink at the bar. Very long times to get a drink as well. Would come for a cheap night stay but would choose elsewhere for a better experience.

Bar service was horrible, upstairs and down, the bartender was trying to run them both had a bad attitude.
Also needed grooming, sweating and use no gloves.
Will never go back.

I can't give them less than 1 star or I would. Room was old. Front desk rude. Go to the golden nugget way better.

Haven't stayed nor gamble here in a bit. I remember when this was the place to be
Looks very dated, and spots of the carpet are worn out. We had to leave the casino for dinner. They were not seating anyone for dinner. Never saw a waitress to get drinks, the casino looked to be clean. I know it's gambling, but let me win enough to stay in the casino and play for a while. Our room looked to be clean, and the bed was less than desirable.

FUN! FUN! FUN! Went with are day program.and are amazing leader. Nettie hands on very present with everyone.playing games with each of us!

Still the friendliest most helpful staff. Unlike some of the other casinos they are more than willing to explain how player card points work. Easy to get a free room weekdays. Easy to get credit for restaurant. But restaurant service is only so so.

What a great place to stay in Cripple Creek! Great location, covered parking and excellent customer service. Loved their selection of games and the place is so bright and colorful...it's not like being in a dungeon, like some other locations. Food was good and we had plenty of options. Right next to the Railroad Station. Nice, clean rooms. Highly recommend this location!

Had so much fun! Rooms were clean, they will also clean out your wallet free of charge ? it’s the name of the game I suppose. Service and food was great we will be back to lose money next time!
