The food was okay but we had a bit of confusion with the ordering. The manager Jennifer handled it poorly and severely unprofessional with a terrible attitude. We had already gotten clarification from our wonderful waiter Juan but she had come with a snarky attitude to explain something that was already explained by Juan. She had told us “you’re using your casino comp anyways what’s the problem.” As if using our points means we had no right to be upset at our incorrect order and confusion.

I have been there 3 times now. The first was awful, the second was great and this third and last time was not very good. The flash fried green beans came out cold and shriveled. The steak was a little tough and fat wasn't trimmed off. Don't split anything, you won't get an extra plate. This is simply not up to snuff for Salt Grass Steak Houses in Texas.
We were sat at the table by the desert display at the front of the restaurant. We watched several waiters and waitresses walk by for about 15-20 minutes. We didn’t even get a cup of water or a drink order. The host quite literally sat us and put down our menus and silverware and walked away. When I asked for the manager before we walked out. He had came out to talk to us and acted like he didn’t even care. This was probably the worst service I have ever had there.

Decided to give this restaurant a try looked really good. We sat down ordered the surf n turf. Everything was very cold. From steak, to crab legs, butter, mashed potatoes. The service was crappy we had to ask 3 times for our drinks. The waiter stated he had a long day.. he took a meal off our ticket which wasn’t the point of it. Both meals were very very bad none of it was finished.

Get the fish and the potstickers! Delicious! Johne was great! The water didn't taste very good, so stick with soda or bring in a bottle from the casino.
