Terrible. There was one lady working the whole place. It was 6:30 pm and she looked and acted like she had been on shift for 20 hours. She was angry when she saw us in line. She tried talking us into to go. After we got sat and she took our order, she hid from anyone else in line which made it super awkward being the only table sat and having the line asking us how to be helped. I will never return to this skeleton town which has removed all ammenities and overhead, in order to keep the casinos taking our money with spending as little money on employees and overhead as possible!

I've eaten at a lot of great restaurants, all around the country, and I can say without reservation, that the Winfield is one of the top 3 ever.Amazing chef, that KNOWS food.

Oh boy. I get that covid closures caused lots of restaurant employees to find work where they could get it, however you'd expect a supposedly high end steakhouse like this to hire back decent help before reopening, but you'd be wrong. We get right in on a Friday night, which should have been my first clue, and are seated in a nearly empty restaurant (second clue). The three loud, toothless cooks yelling and laughing loudly in the kitchen should have been the final straw but I guess I'm a glutton for punishment because I stayed and had dinner. The entire waitstaff looked like highschool kids and the service reflected as much. My steak was bland and tough, the potato and veggies were tasteless and something they served me was bad and I'm still up at 2:00am writing this for reasons you can probably guess. Never again. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place or stock up on the Imodium.

Used to be our favorite CC restaurant. But very disappointed. Food portions VERY small for the LARGE price. We never mind paying more when the food is outstanding but this food was mediocre at best. Service was extremely slow. So sad this great restaurant has gone downhill. We brought friends here for the first time and told them they were in for a treat. Couldn't have been more wrong. This is typically the first place I recommend for a nice dinner. Have to rethink now.

The last time we went here about a year ago the food and the service was fabulous. We just went this past weekend and the food as well as the service was horrendous and we will not be going back. The waiter forgot my husband‘s salad and the chicken marsala was not edible. The wine used was cheap and bitter and they did not reduce it at all. My husband had the special which was labeled as steak medallions in a bordelaise sauce. It was actually shredded bits of beef in a bordelaise Gravy and was the consistency of a canned beef stew. When I Informed our waiter about the quality of the food (which was barely eaten) he apologized and said nothing else. This restaurant used to be wonderful but please do not waste your money going here. I'm not sure if they're trying to save money due to the closure from the pandemic or what but you're better off with the diner or a café in another casino.

They were understaffed and the bartender had to double as the waiter and he overwhelmed and none of the other employees bothered to help. We just ordered an appetizer and a drink and left. The restaurant manager is at fault for allowing this to happen. The bartender/waiter deserves credit for what he had to endure.

The food had flavor but the risotto was crunchy and my chicken was served raw. I'm not talking a little pink, I mean 90% raw with just enough white on the outside to appear done. The server apologized but he didn't really seem bothered by it. He took it off the bill, but we had already waited almost 40 mins for our food and I wasn't going to keep waiting for my dish to be fixed. I ended up sharing food from others at my table, but the portions weren't big enough so we all suffered being a little hungry when we left. The mixed veggies was 4 baby carrots with a couple greens, just enough to look pretty. My father-in-law's veggie was roasted parsley. Who really eats parsley? It was just a cheap way to fill a plate. This was our first time there. We left completely unimpressed, and hungry.

The food was definitely not worth the exorbitant price. Fancy arrangements of condiments and silverware does not make an upscale dining experience. Had much better and cheaper bar food elsewhere in town...we were expecting top notch quality food for the added expense and ambience...but it was average at best.

The staff was very attentive. Atmosphere was comfortable and fancy. Food was good but not as good as I hoped for for the price tag.
