This whole place is weird. Employees are daydreaming ??️ non stop. Felt like they do a favor working here. If someone is in a bad mood or having a bad day then take a day off. We are customers, we don’t wanna know all that.

Chris, at the register was very unpleasant. It takes a lot for me to write a bad review. He was put off by me not specifying the type of milk. When I pointed out the counter was dirty and sticky on the side of the counter where I was standing, he shrugged at me. Too bad I had passed Ziggi’s without enough time to turn on or I would have gone there.

I’ve been going to this location now every weekday now for nine months and it has been the consistently best location I’ve been to over the course of 17 years of going to Starbucks. The people who work there have always been cordial and efficient. To me, this is a testament to the management.
My coffee is always hot which has been an issue at other locations. I actually don’t go to the Firestone near where I live and go out of my way to come to this location instead. It is a night and day difference.

Such an amazing experience here today. Came in for a business meeting, Draven was taking care of us and he went beyond and above! I didn’t see him stop the entire 2 hours we were there. The place was quiet, clean and we were so unbelievably impressed! Someone give him a raise!

I can't understand why coffee is so much. How is it that other companies can do it for less and Starbucks charges, the norm and a leg. The only reason I went here was because I have a gift card to use. Otherwise I never go here, I can get a coffee somewhere else and it's just as good.
