Tasty little BBQ truck. I got the burnt end sandwich and it was good. The device was quick. It’s a bit expensive for what you get, but overall a great truck.

The BBQ is absolutely delicious - highly recommend the burnt ends!! We were introduced to B & C through a friend and not only do we think it's the best bbq around - the owners are some of the nicest people around too!

Came from NYC to Grand Junction and had their bbq from their truck at Restoration Vineyard. Sooo yummy! Also Bud & Cindy are really good peeps!

This place is awesome they don't just have some of, if not the best bbq I have ever had but it was nice to talk to some down to earth good people while you wait for the best melt in your mouth meat you'll ever eat guaranteed.
We used B&C BBQ for a small catered event after having them recommended to us by a friend. Bud and Cindy are awesome and really went above and beyond for us. Not to mention, the food was great! Everyone really liked it.Would visit their food truck and use them for catering again.
