Their liquors are excellent - the whiskey is the standout! And you can sample them simply or in a complex cocktail.They have great staff and service, and I enjoyed a live music event that was just the right volume.
We make a regular trip to the Windsor from south of KCMO and enjoy the friendly, relaxing atmosphere in the hotel, dining room and distillery. I am never disappointed and I admit that I am picky. They are wonderful!
Definitely worth a stop in Del Norte, Colorado at this local distillery with beautiful and elegantly crafted cocktails with local ingredients! Awesome vibe and environment, I would definitely come back whenever in-town ? Very unique spot in this area of southern Colorado
