DONT ORDER AHEAD THEY WONT MAKE IT! I had high hopes after they were closed for remodel this summer that the service here would improve from what it was. But I'm disappointed I ordered ahead first thing in the morning due to a very busy day with an extra short lunch break (15min). I arrived only to be ignored for a few minutes and then be told they didn't make my sandwich! They were out of that item. Wtf they have contact Info from the app and had 5 hours to call me. Since I didn't have time to screw around with a bunch of losers I made them refund and grabbed some crap snacks from the gas station. Guess it's time to give up on this location.

Google says the Del Norte CO location is open till 9pm. The Subway website says the Del Norte CO location is open till 9pm. But when I arrived at 8:05pm they told me they had just closed. Very annoying to have wasted my time and gas driving there. I would give zero stars if I could.

Two star taking into consideration that I was there during peak lunchtime. The long line didn't bother me. The attitude behind the counter was unpleasant. Everyone working seemed uptight. Got my sandwich home and there was a chicken drumstick bone in my sandwich. Careless.
We went early and were surprised that they were already out of ham. Very small Subway store with limited seating.

The new manager has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS I have seen!!! He actually told us, it is not Burger King, it is Not our WAY!!WOW Subway since when is it not allowed for the customer to have there sandwich the way we want them made!!!
