Kodi and Kevin are top notch. Bar drinks, flavor profiles, and professional service were all amazing. Would recommend to anyone looking for a stellar stay in the Valley.
Kona and Tim were wonderful and helpful. The hotel itself is unique. It’s across the street from a church so be prepared for bells to ring at 6 AM. I couldn’t go back to sleep after that. The sheets were stale and the bathtub needed much cleaning!!! but that being said Kona and Tim made up for it by their kindness. The hotel could use some TLC for sure! But it was a fun stay. I would recommend staying there just for the uniqueness of it. Thank you Kona and Tim.
If you’re stopping in Del Norte this is the place to stay. We’ve stayed here a few times & can’t wait to return. Super friendly host, great bar and kitchen, room quiet & super clean.
Had a nice shower on arrival, but prepare for no hot water in the morning. With no one on-site until 2 pm, tough to see how anything could be done by the time we were ready to leave for the day. Hot tub in our suite did us no good either because of this issue.
Room was not clean, bedding had noticeable stains that looked like bodily fluids. Front desk attendant was rude and unhelpful.
Not that nice of a hotel for the price on top of that they like to steal your money and double charge you when your reservation says one night and they charge for two nights. Won’t refund you. Don’t stay here.
Came here for dinner, did not stay here. It was a good dinner with a nice atmosphere.
Great hotel and incredible food at the restaurant!
This review is for Bistro Barbara and the Distillery. We enjoyed both while in Del Norte this week. At Bistro Barbara we had an exceptional meal, great craft beer and fantastic wine. At the distillery we enjoyed some craft cocktails, music in the courtyard and ambiance in the distillery. However, the best part of both visits was Terrell who was our bartender in both locations. He is outstanding! Personable, fun, a great bartender who put our experience over the top. We can't wait to come back. Thanks Terrell and great job as always Windsor.
A beautiful historic hotel. Well cleaned, comfortable bed, friendly and knowledgeable staff, great rates.
Highly recommended.

Great restaurant with great drinks from their own distillery. Food was wonderful! Definitely a must stop!
I just wanted to add another 5 star review to all the other reviews I see here. This is our third time stay at the Windsor in the past 2 1/2 years, and it won't be our last. But this is our first time having the privilege to dine in their restaurant. Excellent food choices and everything was fresh and tasty. My spouse had the Crab cakes and a salad and I had the ribeye steak. They looked so good we took pictures after we already dug in. Don't miss the experience if you get the chance.
Love historic hotels! We got the grand tour from the wonderful desk attendant who knew everything about this historical treasure. The attention to detail in the restoration is wonderful.
Great location! My room and bed were very comfortable and quiet. The staff were all very nice. I will stay here again!
Top notch hotel, excellent service, super clean, beds very comfy, and really helpful with my bike as I was cycling the Great Divide Cycle Route.
