Delta has the best Arby's. just good folks & great food.

Ordered online didn't get 2 of my sandwiches! The manager wanted to blame everyone else and didn't want to take accountability for (whoevers) mess up. I worked as a gm for arbys I get sometimes u forget things and people do steal food and we all have bad days but take pride in your customers and be honest don't pass the buck to the next person and lie because u don't want to deal with it, make it right. If u ain't got customers you don't have a job. This place has went down hill since Ruben. Everytime we go in its dirty, they always forget things or don't have it. Time after time I give u guys chances thinking oh there just having a bad day but everytime now? I was part of the crew who opened it, Sad to see it's went to this because it used to be an amazing store.

Every time I go there they have no idea what they're even doing.Forgetting drinks, forgetting the bun for the sandwich, missing our fries, hamburger was still pink. Like come on! Get it together. Definitely a disappointment. Place has really gone down hill.

My sister and I ordered a classic roast beef sandwich with mozzarella sticks each. Mozzarella sticks were good!. However, both sandwiches were dry, very dry. I've never been so disappointed in an Arby's until I went to the one in Delta Colorado. If you go to this one, I recommend you order and specifically say you want fresh meat!!!

Our order was delayed/skipped. It took 25 minutes to get our food. Employees were arguing, the restaurant was filthy. There was an employee with an ace bandage from her knuckles to her elbow preparing sandwiches and slicing meet. The bandage was filthy!! The bathrooms were disgusting.

The service tucked waited for someone to wait on for at least 15min no one did so we walked out seemed drive thru was more important. Someone has to talk to person in charge. Before you lose all business

Ordered online got the app even to save money and get free food!!! Our order has been wrong every time we have Ordered and had to go in total of 5x now!!!! This last time was the worst we were suppose to get a free chicken sandwich with our meal for loyalty in which they would not give us because they said they can't help what online orders do...my husband said I can show you the order and the sandwich is listed right here on my receipt and the employees looked at him and said not my problem......worst service in all of delta county!!!

This place was great after a long day on the road! People were very nice and the food was great! Gave my daughter a free apple sauce and cookie and it made her day! Thanks arby for always being there!

The food and staff were great, but all the tables and floor needed some serious attention. And we've had to cut back our visits since they got rid of salads, and that rules out one family member.
