I saw a young lady get accosted by a very angry customer here one time. I could tell that he was angry, for his face was very red and he was gesticulating wildly with his arms. The man was yelling something about “seven dollars”, and he appeared to be upset with the financial decisions of the Dairy Queen corporation, as he mentioned taking out a loan. The staff member, although frightened, kept her composure, and narrowly avoided having to call the police for everyone’s...

Went to this Dairy Queen on our way to Utah and the girl upfront with curly bangs and hoop earrings had some confrontation with a gross bald man - Who was upset about how he didn’t hear his food called out. Just want to say she handled it smoothly and remained calm. Even when her coworker didn’t really help back her up. Give that woman a raise!
