I had problems with my order I believe a manager can over to “help” she made the situation worse than it had to be I was sitting in the drive thru for about 15 minutes the manager seemed clueless and slow. She had glasses and I believe her name tag said anise.

Never have had a fast food place mess up so many orders in a row. Be ready when you order here. Your order will come with something incorrect. Last time it was my lunch. I ordered a patty with no topping for my dog and the box had a 1/2 inch of grease dripping everywhere and they didn’t customize my burger as I payed for. This time I ordered breakfast 1.5 hours before they quit serving breakfast and when I got there to pick it up they told me they didn’t have breakfast anymore. It was 9:50 am and you seriously have nothing on your breakfast menu. It just outrageous has much they can screw up and stay in business.

Girl at window was rude and wiping her nose with her hand. They also didn’t take my order correctly. Simple empathy goes a long ways. Teach the girl running window at 8:04 on 9/3 some manners and basic handwashing.

The service is honestly crap. Like workers to the managers. Manager Maria is super rude, doesn’t know how to attend the people she calls for interviews or she’ll have someone come in but never shows up or speaks to them she Doesn’t make the time to speak to them face to face and sends her workers to speak for her. Her attitude has always been nasty, I have no idea how she has a management role.

We just came through the drive through on 7/27/25 at 1pm and I am SO happy with how smooth everything went! From ordering to paying to getting our food. We came through with 5 kids and 2 adults all ordering $5 meal deals and a happy meal. The fries were fresh, everything is warm, and NOTHING was forgotten. Thank you to the crew working today, you really helped keep what could have been a stressful time super easy!

This is why I need to remember to check my bag before leaving. Spent $19 got pulled around so they can save their precious times. Get home. No straws and no sauce. Not the 1st time I've been let down at this location

McDonald's must think they have the best food in the world because their prices have gotten STUPID expensive lately! It costs as much, or more, to eat there as it does to goto a regular sit down restaurant! They have lost sight of what fast food is supposed to be about! I hardly ever go there anymore. It's just not worth it!

Went through the drive through like normal and ordered two burgers without mustard and pickles. Then again confirmed at the window to make sure they wouldn’t be on there. I’m allergic to mustard and I don’t like pickles! Guess what I got? Mustard and pickles still on the burgers. Not only that but I tried to call shortly after to speak to someone directly about the issue and how my request wasn’t taken seriously it rang and rang and then sounded like someone picked up and then silence I said hello and I got hung up on. I called again and same thing. I get that most of the staff are younger but you can seriously cause someone to become extremely sick or have deadly reactions from allergy’s. Shame
Online order did not pop through on their end.
We showed them order confirmation that was sent to our email with the order number, as well as bank account showing the amount was deducted at that he same time. However, they said there must have been a glitch and would not give us the food, we have to go through additional steps to get a refund later. My recommendation would be do not use the mobile app to avoid frustration and hassle!
