We visited on a cold, snowy day. The restaurant was cold. We asked if they would turn up the heat but told by the waiter that they couldn’t turn up the heat. We had to wear our winter coats while eating and I rubbed the tops of my legs to warm up. PLEASE let your staff have access to the thermostat to make your guests comfortable as they eat.

Had not been in a bit, but my experience was good. It's a little bit pricey, so watch the menu on that. They do have a salad bar which is more than the other restaurants in town can say.

I have ordered from here for years with no issues. Had the worst experience and a completely disrespectful customer experience. Based on phone interactions and then in person actions with both a staff person and a manager I will never order from here again. I take negative reviews very seriously and only leave them when I feel they are truly appropriate. The customer service I received 100% deserves a negative review. TBD if I still get a refund after not receiving my pizzas.

Seriously disappointed in how a recent delivery turned out. We specified an address, it was delivered to the wrong address and then we never received any food as the driver was instructed to keep the food. We were told a refund would be issued but we were then charged an additional 20 dollars few days later. We have yet to reach a resolution. When we confronted the issue in person regarding the additional charge of 20 dollars, the response was " you're talking to the wrong one. I aint the one." The lack of customer concern and service was appalling, to say the least.

I I have epilepsy, so I have a service dog that alerts me of on coming seizures. That 15 or so minute warning has been literally life saving before, so it is very important that my service dog is with me at all times. The ADA (Americans with disabilities act) along with state and national laws, states that my service animal is allowed to be any and all places I am. But Pizza Hut in delta seems to feel that they are above that law. Even after I explained that the dog was a service animal the worker still refused to allow us inside. I’m so over not being able to go in places because business here in delta seem to have their own laws. Wonder if it would be the same if I was blind with a vision service dog? It’s not fair to be denied entry and service because my disability isn’t one you can see.

Food was hot and got to me quickly. I missed the delivery driver the first time and he came back to my house with no issues and was still quick and efficient! Ty Pizza Hut employees for ensuring a positive experience for me!
Total ripoff. They charge more than other Pizza Huts and they rip you off on Door Dash to make you use their app. This location doesn't honor any coupons either. Can't wait for Domino's to come in and give these Jokers a run for their money.

I was assisted by Ms. Cassandra on her first day on the job. She was fantastic, friendly help and kind as the others working there. So pleasant with me for I have only been there twice in 1 1/2 years. And my pizzas' were so good the thin crust, crisp crust delicious. And my hand tossed so good crust. I will be going back.
