Ordered a heath bar blast for the drive. We couldnt even figure out what it was until we looked at the reciept. It was a banna shake but we were charged for a blast. Very dissapointing. We were to far down the road to turn back.

25 minutes for 1 drink and you even got it wrong. The lady got upset when I said it was wrong. This has happened so many times that its officially a last time for me. Staff is rude, service takes forever and they can't even own a mistake they made.

2025 9-5 food was over spiced and had to repeat my order 3-4 times not sure if it cut out but don't think so cuz i still had to repeat it at the windo that's not cool the kids that work there need to pay better atinchen and the cook needs to slow down in a rush I know I made same mistake trying to hury and I messed up thank you have a good day
When you get your food and you are eating it, then you look down and there is hair and dust all over it like it's been picked up off the floor! Disgusting! They obviously dropped our food on the floor then gave it to us anyways. Gross! We have been sick ever since. Don't eat here.

The customer service is more and more disappointing. The slushies are never mixed (syrup and fruit on bottom icee slush on top), I ask for extra toppings on the slush which they repeatedly don't do, even though they charge me for it. I ask the employee to please add the extra toppings I asked for and the employees have repeatedly interrupted me, dismissed what I had to say and then walk back inside.
I won't be going to this Sonic again, I recommend trying Grand Junction or Montrose, really disappointed in this location .

I waited 20 minutes may 25th at 12:30pm I order ahead for 3 drinks I got there they bring out the drink with no cup holder I ask for a cup holder and they never came back with my drink this is the worst sonic I have ever been to I will not go back and I called corporate now I have to wait 10 fking days for the refund this sonic is nothing but theives 0-10 never going back.

The wait is always long, food is mediocre. The girl in the window had huge jewels on her very long nails. Huge food safety concern. Staff always acts inconvenienced by someone placing an order.
