Made a doordash order to pick up, for one i had to go inside in the pouring rain to pick it up. When i got home, my chulupa barely had any chicken in it. Thought that was the whole point of a chicken chulupa?! The staff was really snotty with me when i went inside, also got none of the sauces i asked for!! Got every single other sauce but the one i asked for!

The red haired man gave my friend a soggy Taco Bell burrito. We then asked for a different one. He then said no, and kicked us out. One star review would be zero if I could then yelled at us From the outside, we asked what we did and he said he was going to call the cops

I don't know what the hell has happened to this place. It used to be decent for a Taco Bell. Lately, they cannot get an order correct. Either something is wrong, or forgotten, or put together so bad, my 4 year old child can do better. I'm literally flabbergasted by the absolute 180° this place has taken.

We ordered 2 burrito supremes, terrible in every way. It took forever in the drive thru then the burritos were just a tortilla with watery beans. No cheese, no sour cream NO MEAT at all. The worst. I called the store and the manager said “sorry” and his people on the line were new and he’d coach them. What about you charged me $12 bucks for this crap? We won’t be coming back.
We want to support our local restaurants but, cleanliness is not very good, no customer service, I could add photos but I'm not going to. Just wish their leadership would recognize that this establishment needs more leadership.
