Normally we have a 5 star experience. However today when we went in for dinner there was hair in my food and the burritos weren’t cooked how they should be. Many people didn’t have there hair up. Do better.

Changing my longtime review of 5 stars to 3. So many negative things happening here. Crustos with almost no cinnamon sugar. Burritos missing basic ingredients (cheese) or all of one ingredient in one end. Missing or wrong items. Value menu has outpriced us. You can tell the owner has lost his personal touch here. So sad. This has always been a family favorite. We are traveling out of town to eat instead of coming here as often. I guess a good thing can't last forever.

Went through the drive through and asked the lady if everything was in the bag. She affirmed it was. I live in Olathe got all the way home and found there to be zero hot sauce and ranch in the bag. It was a 70$ order. Called to see what can be done and they said nothing can be done. This has happened more times than I can count with this place. Do your jobs properly especially for an order that size.
